The author obviously hasn't read up on the ecoshale process or Shell's Mahogany Project.

Just come off the phone with Richard Gotla, one of Tomcos PR people.
He advised me that Mikka Haromo, Tomcos Financial Director is currently away on company business and has been for over a week as have some of the other Tomco management, but would not state where or what. I asked when Tomco are going to announce the Red Leaf Large Mining Permit approval as this is significant news for Tomco. He stated that Tomco are fully aware of the permit award and have been in regular contact with Red Leaf. He also confirmed my earlier thoughts on waiting till the 10 day appeal period lapses which he advised is 10 days not 10 working days, so lapses next Monday 19th March. Like he said it is just a formality but it is prudent to wait till this period lapses. Tomco will then release the news with Red Leafs knowledge.

Happy? Unless Steve has got it wrong.

...................................

So yaris believes the mugs who jumped in when noli 'obtained' the news last week will jump in again when the news is announced officially? Dream on - those who have already bought will be poised finger on button to scamper at the first sign of a rise next week!
Why should TOM share price go anywhere but down when they cannot even begin to think about making progress until Red Leaf have completed their full scale demonstration to prove they can actually produce oil from the rock at an economic rate!
If you believe Liquid Millionaire, your lying pal, Red Leaf is about to have a $100m fundraising over and above the $400m JV with the major. Now I wonder why that would be? Could it be the major will only sign if Red Leaf put up the cash to pay for the demo run and then with the proviso that they will only JV if the demo shows the ecoshale system actually works and can produce at commercial levels?
No major in its right mind would put up the cash for the demo! Anyone who believes otherwise must have no idea how business works! If this ecoshale fails to produce at commercial levels the cost of the demo will have to be written off and Red Leaf and of course TOM go bust! Perhaps Living Rivers know this and will not waste money objecting again as the whole thing will never get off the ground anyway!
I predict that the next news will be Red Leaf are going to try and raise capital by a rights issue and no mention of either a major or Questerre getting involved at this stage! If a JV does get signed at this stage it will be on the terms that the money will only be invested if/when the demo is successful!
Any investor with a bit of savvy will have to agree this is the only way forward for RL. yaris and his single cell pals need not reply as they are too dim to understand a simple straight forward business arrangement like the one I have outlined above!

TOM

The TOTAL deal is now signed!!!! but we are all awaiting the completion which is linked to the Red Leaf Resources $100M+ fund raise.

Then the deal can finally be made public via various RNSs.

SKIDBOY10 DOESN'T BAN THIS LIAR or moderate him for using TOTAL's real name in a lying illegal ramp!

New ramp is the news of the permit, when officially announced, will drive this up to 10p!
But the news has already been unofficially announced and confirmed by TOM so where is the rush to buy?
Trying to latch on to the coat tails of RL is a non starter the only folk gaining here are the day and short term traders they are doing nicely on the bonces but long term at this stage? forget it! The management will bleed this dry. They paid themselves nearly a half million in 'fees' last year out of the money raised supposedly for prep work on the site. they used more cash on their own 'fees' than they used on the prep work - go figure!!!
And this year they said they will cut back on everything so they have enough cash to last them for 12 months - not on the management 'fees' though I expect!

riverdriver, darncee, yes.

A girl that worked in a boilerhouse with our deramping donkey produced a picture. It was really funny, you couldn't have made it up. It was of a right geeky nerd, toothy, skinny, big round glasses, really ugly if you are a woman. The sort of nerd you would expect to go on advfn on Xmas Day. I used to say that he was only allowed out at night otherwise it would frighten little children. You can see why no one would give him a job, it would alienate the rest of the work-force, except in a boiler-house, where they are all nasty. Rumour has it - severe halitosis as well. Altogether not a very attractive overall picture. So, you can understand why he is so bitter and twisted with the cards handed out to him with those looks.

He is not obsessive. NOT!

Ah yes! When the minute intellect is exhausted resort to ridicule!
As mixitup12 on the PET BB you and your team of halfwits tried a similar campaign to dislodge Simon Self from the bbs when he was the lone voice in the wilderness telling all and sundry that you had been led up the garden path there too! If you have listened to Simon you would have sold the now worthless stock at in excess of 125p but you dim dunces thought you knew best and kept holding while the price unravelled and are now still holding at about 7p.
You are about to get an even bigger trashing on here and you deserve it!

If TOM's FD is away on TOM's business he could be speaking to

1. Bankers/Financial institutions in the US or

2. A potential buyer for the company or

3. A potential farm in partner or

4. The various companies mentioned in the recent RNS that will be doing work for TOM or

5. Something I have not thought of yet.

....................................

What a pile of lie in the sky potatoes!!

If the FD is on company business he is probably trying to persuade some institution to take another chunk of shares in TOM at an even larger discount than in the last issue! Last time they tried for a 3p issue but finished up accepting an offer discounted by 50%. He is probably trying again before the price drops to fractions and the most he will get is about 0.25p for a 2 billon share issue. Remember they only have enough cash to survive for 12 months from the date of the last results and they have to shave every cost to the bone to meet this requirement- TOM'S WORDS NOT MINE!
As there is no possibility of TOM earning any cash from its licences for at least 5 years or indeed never, their only means of acquiring funds to remain solvent is by continuing to issue new shares.
THAT IS A FACT DESPITE WHAT YARIS OR RMART, OR INDEED 'FULL OF WIND AND P+SS' MR HATTO MAY TRY TO TELL YOU!!

ANOTHER FACT + TOM will finish with about 5 billion shares in issue in a few years time and still no sign of production!!

Thank you Stevedawn, good feedback there. If they have been away for over a week and it was NOT TOM business, would he not have said so? Or is that just wishful thinking? A week is a long time. Looks to me as if they had known for a while that SK was on his way out, and they hid it in the accounts, especially if negotiations ongoing.

Maybe they have gone to Baghdad and are about to put block 6 'in the bag' innit mixy?
