The mining permit indicated that RLR had observed all the requirements for large-scale mining. Even indicating that they might not even need a water permit from the DWQ. Ecoshale is a lot more environmentally clean than other methods of oil extraction from shale oil. Yes, I know that TOM/RLR is oil shale.

No RNS! Noli will have some explaining to do when the cops ask him how he came by the news about the permit. Publishing classified news without the consent of the owner is a serious offence and if insider dealing is also involved could carry a maximum of 10 years inside.
