How did noli get hold of this news?

It is insider dealing on a massive scale - TOM must have known since Friday 9th when the letter was issued and dated.! How many filled their boots in the meantime? I am sure the FSA will have a field day with this one noli will have some explaining to do! Who told you noli? Did it come from a major shareholder within the company? spill the beans and save your skin the buck will stop with you if you don't!!!!
Who's was the 1,000,000 share buy immediately before the noli post?

They have 10 days to appeal in, in which time the mining permit will still be granted, LR will have to find something completly different to go at to get the decision reversed.

You might be better off contacting DOGM, but imho the permit will not be reversed, as SK used to say 100's of mining have been issed in utah. They are still mining and they went through the same process.

Conveniently omitting to mention that this is still subject to a water permit or a letter allowing permission without a water permit from the Water Board!

There is nothing new here ffs just a reaffirming that the permit will be issued 'subject to' etc., etc.

Will a major invest $400m in RL so that they can build a demo capsule to prove the bloody thing actually works? Don't think so!!

Read this bit carefully and note there is no mention of COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION in this article - it clearly states 'COMMERCIAL DEMOMNSTRATION'!

"The results of the pilot were analyzed and Red Leaf, the operator of Seep Ridge, is in the process of conducting front end engineering design (FEED) for a full scale commercial demonstration, with first oil targeted in late 2013. The pilot results are encouraging and indicative of commercial success."
