As the deal draws to a close why bother relisting now.
I would think if the buyers have pots of cash then they wont need the listing and may turn it into a cash shell or close it down.

I hope the PQE deal goes through.

Why has PQE not re-listed please?

Me too Stuart, I keep hearing that large PQE holders have been dumping their holdings in the last month or two, presumably shares that they had taken up on the Canadian market as they are obviously not trading them over here. The obvious question being, why would they sell their holdings now rather than just assign their shares across to Viston? They too, must have doubts that the deal will actually happen. Lots of people seem to think it is a done deal but they have to remember it is only subject to Viston receiving enough mandates offering shares to them. If they don't get the required number they can easily just pull the plug on it an walk away.

Diddy, I'm personally still not 100% sure the PQE deal is going to complete. It's always smelt a bit odd to me. I think the Tom board maybe agree. I hope it does for holders but think I'd have cashed in in the market had I owned shares. There was a very decent profit on the table prior to suspension.

I’ve been Googling Canton Fitzgerald, with regards to there investment portfolio and I just can’t see any of there investments related to the Alternative Investment Market, surely they would not be interested in little Tomco, or are they seeing something that the dark side can’t see or don’t want to see.

Lopo, the question is why did the board place the shares when they knew full well that there are plenty of existing shareholders who are about to receive the proceeds of the PQE sale.

Essentially the new shareholders per the TR1 have purchased at 0.005p/share. When the PQE cash starts hitting the markets, the TR1 holder could sell into the rise - bingo. All that it means is the existing shareholders have been forced to purchase off the market at higher prices and potentially off the TR1 holder.

The board are squeaky clean - they demonstrate that they were unable to get a placing away through normal channels and that cash was running out (delay in licences?), as we have been warning for many months. The Third party turned up and they had to accept.

Anyway as soon as the PQE cash hits TOM I am sure that the scrotum will be over here confusing the market cap with a viable financial model.

Morning all, not sure if we still have the check list of news still on the go but there is certainly a few company making announcements due in the near future.

We could also have a parallel list for the individual drills project as Tomco is certainly not a one trick pony anymore;)

Could be the perfect storm to move Tomco on to new levels with funding news and Petroteq money hitting the market.

Do you know what is going on here - how confident are you in the Board?
Further if the opportunity arises for a quick sell off - say part or all - may be to VISTON or similar, obviously beneficial for the Board, what protection is there for shareholders eg RMART, JAYNE ALEX to safeguard their positions.

Loop. Can you explain your ultimate purpose here? You clearly have an interest in the company as you've been posting negative comments for months. Are you a saviour type? The voice of reason or something else?

With respect you may be missing a key point - but never mind.
Investors may like to question the rationale for the recent departure of the non- exec. This could indicate a very clear warning to investors about recent goings on and the potential unfolding of future events. For the avoidance of doubt, there are POSITIVE indications that this director was both experienced and professional and should have been a great asset to TOMCO. Check this out for confirmation. Is his departure an indication of troubles lying ahead for investors - what did he not like? ZP could have joined the board as an additional director without need for RH to leave.

Shame that Hotty has been corrupted by the dark side. But saying TOMco would fall to 0.35p on two occasions was clearly wrong. Both from a scare-mongering point of view
and in hindsight was an idiotic thing to say because our share price has gone
up to over 0.55p.

Going down to 0.35p is as likely as me turning down a free beer.

TOMco is now fully funded for this year and is a going concern.

The biggy is the $140 million finance announcement of course. Thanks to the dark-side
for correcting my $110 million figure.

Be interesting to see where our share price will go to. Certainly nowhere near 0.35p

There will have to be an adjusted TR1 from Cantor Fitzgerald sometime, now that the additional 250m shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.

There are now 1,748,078,678 shares issued.

According to the last TR1, CF currently hold 168,800,00 shares. This now equates to 9.65% of issued shares and not the 11.26% stated on the last TR1.

Just putting this out there before the usual suspects try and claim CF have reduced their holding. ;O)

hxxps://m.bankingexchange.com/recent-articles/item/9080-cantor-fitzgerald-to-launch-sustainable-infrastructure-fund

Financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald is launching a sustainable infrastructure fund, focused on three infrastructure megatrends: digital transformation, decarbonization, and enhancement of aging infrastructure assets.

The fund will capitalize on opportunities arising from the infrastructure sector and driven by low interest rates, increasing allocations to pension funds, and a significant focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

It will invest in a portfolio of infrastructure securities across both private investment funds and publicly traded securities, as well as exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds that invest in infrastructure.

Investments may include in both domestic and foreign, including emerging, market companies.

Susan Dambekaln, co-founder of Capital Innovations, subadvsier on the fund, said: “We're looking forward to partnering with Cantor Fitzgerald, a firm with a track record of delivering innovative alternative investment solutions for clients. Investors are increasingly looking to private markets to meet the need for more income and diversification in portfolios.”

“Sustainable investment strategies have seen an increase in demand and are expected to account for a third ($35.3 trillion) of all investments in the world's five largest markets in 2022. Our platform is well positioned to accommodate the growing market,” she added.

Increasingly, asset managers are expanding their sustainable fund offerings.

In November Sun Life Asset Management launched a sustainable fund that invests in global sustainable infrastructure, focusing on water, food, and technological advances in renewable energy.

Meanwhile Citi Bank recently announced a partnership with Breakthrough Energy Catalyst to accelerate development of clean energy technology.

Citi Impact Fund, launched in early 2020, put up the initial $50 million equity investment for the project.

The fund makes equity investments in private sector companies addressing some of society’s most pressing challenges, including physical and social infrastructure and sustainability.

This has been a very significant few days for Tomco. It's obvious that something we're not privy to is happening in the background.CF have not come onboard for the hell of it and I'd bet they know way more than us. Surely they've had a nod from somewhere with the many contacts they must have that the time was right.
