Yes the placing was a PR disaster as large holders were told there wouldn't be one.

But how we were going to get some cash was always a grey area for me.

Now we have cash for the year and I'm happy.

I agree with the sentiment on being fully funded and future RNS's. Should see a more sustained rise. But there's been a shafting here and damage has been done. Imo!

Normally a share price would settle at the placing price, maybe slightly above or below. Mainly due to long term supporters holding, buying on dips below and generally promoting the company. Take the long term supporters out of a placing and you get....

Hi Stewy .. What I really hate is getting a positive RNS like the resource report and then they say ''subjest to funding'' and the share price falls. Now I know we are fully funded for this year and can relax. So any future RNS will be met with more positivity from investors.

Moaning will only get you an ulcer and what good does it do?

Clontarf now into its 19th year and still it has no business.
Zero active interests and has been so for years.

There was no mystery inside information for CLON
They are another loss making no business ever quoted company desperate for cash to keep the admin costs
and directors expenses and possibly remuneration going.
Somehow they raised cash again !
But have done precisely nothing reported with it... as per the last 18 years

Mike, There would have been a lot more like you too. Vauch was going to buy more tom. It would have been an avalanche of buying here. I hope he hasnt ballsed that up.

If he gets a good rns out explaining the reasoning or we see some TR1 coming in from big long term holders then he may rescue the situation.

I cant see someone parting with 1.5m on no knowledge of what is about to happen. But that does not help the loyal holders who have supported the company in the past and seem to be putting 2 fingers up at the BOD.

As someone who did not take part in the placing at 0.5p I am delighted. If I did want to take part in the placing but wasn't asked I could buy now at 0.45p. No point in moaning. DF

Nothing to hold the price up, looks like the new stock was forward sold for months, no holding RNS so MMs Milked the Mugs once again.

These will fall to sub 0.1p in a month or two, risky trying to catch a falling knife.

Strong Sell now for Tomco. Directors have destroyed faith, that's a terrible sign. What a shambles this outfit truly is.

We all thought this was a coiled spring ready to launch upward ..the awaited RNs is released and were below 0.0045 ... you couldn't make it up !

I have roughly 68k coming from Petroteq shares coming next month. I intended to put another 50k into Tomco. Never have I known a Company that has the capacity to pull the rug from under your feet like this lot when you least expect it.

SL subtract the $16m from $145m and you will see the number has gone up $19m regardless.

However its an irrelevance since who would lend $150m to a loss making one man band that loses Directors at very regular intervals....?
