No it won't. It won't get to .35 like you predicted a couple of days ago either.

Market cap still under £10m.

All the excitement is great to see, big new holders, permits expected, drilling expected, funding for the large 5000 bopd plant expected etc.

BUT it is all just excitement until it happens.

What would you expect the market cap to be when ALL of the above are confirmed?

UT just gone through 2,222,222 at 0.554p.

Largest UT trade I've seen here at a premium to the Offer as well.

That is possible Talais. So far they have announced a holding of 168m shares. There is talk going around that they actually took up 75% of the recent placing which equates to 187.5m shares. Incremental RNS's may be driven by when Cantor's clients settle up with them.

Well if CF have taken this much notice, let’s hope other large investors are taking note. Although Damac did say that large investors only buy when they consider it de-risked
Just surprised that it has taken so long for 1 to have taken the plunge. AimWTI now $88.2. Good Timing by CF

Weekend press article would be helpful.

These TOM rns’s are like London buses. Cantor Fitzgerald must have a bigger plan.

Just to add to your comments damac, Cantor Fitzgerald and Valkor are going to have a massive influence on any negotiations now in the USA, big game changer imo.

thrgef,

Nail on head mate.

Even if it turns out that Cantor Fitzgerald are not linked to the potential funder that Greenfield are at advance discussions with, ask yourselves, why would Cantor Fitzgerald (or their clients) be confident enough to take on 10% of the company right now?

Is it that Greenfield are very close to signing off on the debt financing package required to take the CORT plant project into the delivery stage?

The big city boys always start showing up when the risk has been significantly reduced, quite often just before it on the back of a heads up.

Funder will be a big player. Can't see how a major institution would take 10% without this being close to signature.

Major funding first, then no need to worry about funding for production wells. I.e. no more dilution
