It was what I expected. That placing was not a standard placing. IMO this is all to do with the big funding agreement.

Diddy, I agree that if this has been dealt by menecor as a traditional placing touted around new clients then it is a massive own goal by john. And I mean massive! The market points to the above although one should consider other reasons for the unusual step of bypassing the company broker. That said I would personally have expected mention of one investor in the rns to appease LTH's.

Not that I can understand how the one employee is now going to work for a third party, there is something else that is puzzling me.

If you know that a significant slug load of your investors are about to receive PQE payouts, and many of them will be after a short term gain by piling into TOM, why did TOM do their placing when they could have waited two weeks and halved the dilution.

Directors looking after their mates? Was this why the £30k pay off happened.

Much as I think that there are many on the Lala thread who are daft or underhand (eh Reichy), it is absolutely wrong for the company to shaft its core investors. The only credible reason that TOM could get away with the timing of that placing was if it was on its absolute uppers.

Vauch when you pile in with your hard earned just contemplate who the biggest beneficiary will be!
