If the deal is done why bother trying to reinstate trading.

The Company continues to work with the TSX Venture Exchange on a reinstatement of trading and will update the market as ‎things progress. The Company is optimistic it is getting closer to a resolution of outstanding questions and a reinstatement of trading.

Is the buyer wanting to keep the listing as a Cash shell to flip

Is there another market trading these shares? I've sold and bought over the last few days (don't kill me) and my trades don't show anywhere.

Hi freedom97 - agree john would have known of the offer but being on the ground in utah believe malcolm being in the uk would have dealt with it. Its a pity we only get half a story from tomco, hope all will become clear in the near future. Had contacted the company to clarify a number of points from the last rns but as usual of late have had no reply !!

Hi Cheshire, JP is the CEO so Malcolm would have discussed with him what he plans to do. If they prefer, instead of asking JP then ask Malcolm why they chose this route to fund.

freedom97 - we don't know john had anything to do with this placing - he is a project manager and may have been in utah. Malcolm is a Chartered Accountant and more likely to have been the person who dealt with it. In fact the comment at the bottom of the rns was a statement from malcolm.

There is most likely a good reason why JP decided to do the placing with Monecor, rather than asking shareholders. Perhaps the wealthy shareholders should simply ask JP why he chose that route.

They said funding deal by end Jan, so why give 250m shares at 0.5P. Was it a condition? We will find out soon enough. If that is the case then fine we can live with 19% dilution.

Just re adjust your targets by 19%. Some of us think the share price can get to double figures once the plant is under construction. So readjust to 8p. All will be fogotten.
