Fenners, HSO is a blend of Steve Byle and some very wealthy but secretive Canadian billionaires. Decent partners I'd say. To be fair to john this shows signs of improvement.

From LSEHeavy Sweet Oil LLC is Steve Byle, I posted the links about them a while ago.https://www.stevenbyle.net/companieshttps://heavysweetoil.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/steven-byle/I am Co-Founder of this world class oil project on a multi-billion barrel resource in Utah. The company is targeting in-situ heavy sweet oil sands at shallow depths with enhance oil recovery using flue gas and steam. Beyond simple production, the company targets CO2 sequestration at unprecedented levels due to the unconsolidated sands. It further aims to mix its oil with waste from bio-diesel to offset emissions and produce a bio-fuel.

And we don't know tomco got "no-where with their permits". Just taking longer and filing more information maybes...so HSO rate john as a 'permit getter'. They are in Utah so will know better than us. Happy to see the negatives here but always keep an eye for the positives.

"to assist it with permitting and government relations in respect of their planned drilling programme adjacent to the D Tract of the Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") site in the Uinta Basin, Utah, United States."

So TOM are unable to complete the permitting process without assistance of an unknown third party.

Shareholders need to be asking one or two questions of the employee.

How long is the permitting process going to take and do they have the cash to survive that period would be the first relevant question.

In the hands of another unknown third party by the sounds of it.

Funniest thing is , paying TOM $10k a month for help with permitting , when TOM knew for months they wanted to drill some test wells and got absolutely no-where with their own permits ?

Seems .... weird ....

So a google search for Heavy Sweet Oil LLC
yielded nothing.

Who are they ?

Google has never heard of them - but TOM has ?
Newly formed LLC?
Who by?
No mention in the RNS , why not?

Could be both Rmart ... The placee could be doing due diligence on the major loan , like what they see , and wanted a slice of the action ..so offered the initial Dosh for shares

If so what a great story

The cash sum is relatively small, covers John's wages. It does however show signs of partnerships being forged over there....and Ducky they didn't have to say "subject to....." :-)

I would think permitting is more difficult as the the oil could be near water courses
so can take longer to sort, but with the knowledge from RF permitting it should make it easier

Hso deal. This must be the financier of the production wells? Another piece coming together. Nice. I wonder if they are the new shareholders in Tommy from the placing . Instead of the money being repayable loan they took a stake in Tom instead. I am betting I am right. If so it is a very good sign things are coming together nicely.
