25/1/2022 07:25 | Another post from yesterday showing how astute this thread is. I know it makes uncomfortable reading for the gamblers to see the cynicism on here always turns out to be correct, but really wake up you guys "lopodop 24 Jan '22 - 09:41 - 14026 of 14059 SL You are a gentleman to place your trust in the BOARD - what comes out of this is should anyone really trust anything they say? Why is Horsmann leaving b- to pursue other interests - has he lost faith too and is he receiving a payoff? Is there anything he feels duty bound to declare?" IS He receiving a payoff ? Well they delayed announcing - but yes you were correct.... | ![]() fenners66

25/1/2022 07:07 | "further to Richard Horsman stepping down from the Board yesterday, he has agreed to waive all his rights in connection with his holding of 7,500,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company with effect from the receipt of a payment of GBP30,000 from the Company " Guess he knows which side his bread is buttered and has taken a bird in the hand... Should know better than most on the la la land thread........ | ![]() fenners66

24/1/2022 21:34 | I knew I had seen the Monecor name before. Placed £500k of Clontarf shares at 0.325p share price now 0.25 Clontarf now into its 19th year and still it has no business. Zero active interests and has been so for years. Guess that means Monecor can sell snow to Eskimos.... | ![]() fenners66
24/1/2022 21:07 | I fully expect the due diligence is being done on an 'offer' that's been made to fund the project by an 'interested' 3rd party. This is the real news in the RNS and I hope we get clarity on this in the next few days | ![]() thrgef
24/1/2022 19:38 | Another rmart special served. Quite an enviable record. | ![]() kemche
24/1/2022 18:41 | Fenners This is a classic, absolutely ridiculous situation. Yes two CA's on the Board - what a disgrace. With an apalling track record todate, what chance is there of raising the funding. Just more delays and more losses. Receivership will be staring them in the eye if they do not pull this off. Let's see what the auditors make of it and attack Groat's numbers with a hacksaw. | ![]() lopodop
24/1/2022 18:12 | When you forensically examine these statements and think about it ... "Additionally, the net proceeds will be applied to cover the Company's expenses in relation to a due diligence exercise, expected to commence shortly, in order to secure funding of up to US$145 million to Greenfield. " Commence shortly - they have been telling us that they have been working on it since first qtr 2021 when they had a report to say that the plant was possible. Then they commissioned another report to get funding with in the autumn. Funding was supposed to be part of the delay to spending the $2m for a whiff of some land - which it seems they did not really have to buy as they have secured a royalty based license separately anyway. Now they are going to Start again..... Who are they going to pay, for this "due diligence" if 2 independent reports are not good enough ? Why are they not good enough? If they needed some detail , surely the 2 ACA's on the Board could have done it...... More Delay that's for sure. But if there is no prospect of Ever getting funding , it would be .... more positive .... to admit to delay. | ![]() fenners66
24/1/2022 17:23 | Well not a brilliant day for the placing parties! If the share price should descend to the upper .30's, it may not bode well financially for how long? Clearly the information they were given must have impressed them. | ![]() lopodop
