SL I would like to see some hard evidence of the ownership of this new LLC.

But suppose it is the guy from Valkor, TOM were already supposed to have a relationship
with Valkor, they were in a JV.
However as soon as TOM stopped paying , Valkor stepped away.
Then we were led to believe that Valkor would be supporting TOM with the drilling of wells
and taking a payback from any oil.

But that seems more remote now.

So they are looking for TOM to support them , with a permit issue.
Why?
The obvious is , so they can drill their own land.

A point I made months ago - why drill TOM's land for a kickback, when you have 100's or is it
1000's of acres of your own ground to drill and keep Everything you make ?

Valkor have shown themselves to be an astute Business - not a charity

See their previous drill proposals for HCD - that did not happen.
Same with Petroteq - going to fix their trial plant - again did not happen until TOM paid
for it.

I was just talking to another holder about this.

If I was running Tomco and I was closing in on funding for the main 5,000 bopd plant. When would I announce it? My answer was, on the day the Petroteq holders receive their cash.

Makes sense? I wonder if that is why the share price is being held down too? I see a few 100% days if they get this right.

vauch, when is everyone expecting the petroteq money to hit their accounts? I am guessing we will get a very nice rns either that day or the day after.

Yes SB is and will be winner - winners generally take all - what will be left for TOM investors other than to be a 'use' to SB. TOM is unfortunately a rather sad suppliant and likely to remain so unless investors sense some flair and there is precious little to perceive at this time. It could do so but not it would seem with the present occupants.

In terms of revenues no it's clearly not a big deal, I'm sure it will be paid. I guess it's the connections made and somebody (rich somebody) showing some faith in Tom (john).

Anything Stephen Byle is invested in with TOM is good news, in my opinion. My impression is that he is working to be the czar of oil in Utah and build an oil Empire. Join the US major oil Companies. It all takes time. Aimho.

I was scathing of john over that placing. I haven't got over it yet. However, today's tie-up does suggest there could be more going on than we can see. Somebody rated John's ability to deal with DOGMA.
