27/1/2022 07:44 | Excellent post thrgef, puts it all into perspectif. The future of oil in the USA lies in tar/sands clean oil. TOMValkor leading the way. | ![]() goulding1215
26/1/2022 23:36 | Investors (not traders) need to keep focus on the prize here. There is due diligence going on with an interested party. It's my guess that there is an offer on the table and due diligence is to ensure best value for shareholders. How long will this process take? How long did it just take petroteq BOD, one month? The drilling is just a distraction imo, but no doubt a bonus. Think of the relationship with Valkor and what that can bring. There's lots happening in Utah and bigger players are/will arrive. If the interested party brings £145M to the table, what's the impact on our company value of circa £9M? Keep focus on the funding and ignore the noise. | ![]() thrgef

26/1/2022 16:48 | Vauch .. have you contacted the bidder to agree to sell your shares? | ![]() ducky fuzz
26/1/2022 16:47 | Here is a question [now the market is closed] .. Why do the Petroteq directors want the ability to trade their shares on the open market? Question 2 would be if you haven't agreed to sell your shares to this bidder what happens to your shares? Thanks DF. | ![]() ducky fuzz

26/1/2022 16:35 | Shaunx, everyone was annoyed at that placing. But as it sinks in you realise there is a bigger picture. Not done through the company broker, not a normal placing (i.e, the company were approached with the cash), HSO, backed by billionaires and Valkor popping up with a service agreement. Talk previously of funding from a third party for the drills which coincedentaly is what HSO are doing right next door (the billionaires). It seems someone wanted a fair old stake in Tomco for some reason. | rmart
26/1/2022 16:31 | Good finish to the day. I much prefer blue to red. DF | ![]() ducky fuzz

26/1/2022 16:02 | I can feel a little pqe money coming in early. I really think we may have a good rise when they distribute the cash. Fingers crossed we hit the market with good news around the 10th Feb. | rmart
26/1/2022 15:05 | With the HSO $10k being backdated to beginning of this month we assume that work on these permits is well underway and not planned for a future start. | ![]() stuart little

26/1/2022 11:32 | WTI. Just slipped into $86:00 In my opinion, selling at these prices, I don’t think you will buy back cheaper. Wtfdik. | ![]() goulding1215
26/1/2022 11:30 | rmart But YOU don't care , you just post your made up ramps. Drilling by 1st week of December 2021 and suggesting I had it wrong when I said months ago that permitting in the current climate would be harder to get Regardless of your ramps - there is only one thing that moves a company's share price long term , actual action. Having a business So far TOM are still as far away as they always have been ... | ![]() fenners66
26/1/2022 11:19 | Clearly greenfield would bring in a suitable drill team. As many oilers do. I presumed that was a given. The exploration wells are now funded (again) :-). Production wells funding, we'll have to see if there's a cunning plan! Flippers still flipping! | ![]() stuart little
26/1/2022 11:18 | different land, you fool. you need to learn about how long it take to get ALL of the permits/licences together. But you dont care, you just post your daily drivel. | rmart
26/1/2022 11:14 | rmart contradicting himself again In Oct /Nov it was going to be easy to obtain permits , TOM to start drilling 1st week of Dec Now its going to take the next door neighbours a "long time" to get permits What we do know is contrary to your constant ramping - TOM still do not have permits and HOPE to drill by end of June. | ![]() fenners66
26/1/2022 11:10 | "WILSON2 26 Jan '22 - 09:32 - 14101 of 14106 I wonder if those that sold yesterday have any regrets?" Not so far by the look of it. | ![]() fenners66
26/1/2022 11:09 | SL - "I’d say it feasible for greenfield to drill their land" I take it that is not what you meant. Greenfield / TOM cannot drill their own land. They do not have the rigs /skills/ staff or arguably money. Greenfield may get someone to drill for them. If that is yet another 3rd party ... But the point is , if HSO is a subsid of Valkor they can just do their own land so why waste time and resources on TOM? If TOM don't come up with $1.725m by May (and it looks very likely they will not) then Valkor earn 2% per month until they run out of patience and then what ? Meanwhile desperate TOM still looks for another partner prepared to spend their money drilling TOMs land... | ![]() fenners66
26/1/2022 10:12 | freedom97, i know that but its AIM and nobody cares. Anyway, funding agreed,, but please tell you lawyers to inform us officially on 10th feb please, many thanks. etc. | rmart
26/1/2022 10:10 | rmart, unfortunately I think you will find that AIM rules state you can not hold back price sensitive news. However, I'm sure some companies can get around that rule by either arranging to complete a project etc., around a certain date by either slowing down or speeding up the process. | ![]() freedom97 |
