Hi jay .. I think it will go up when we understand more what is happening.

I think the research damac and the fish do is amazing. rmart also does a lot of good stuff. His enthusiasm is contagious.

Hopefully John and his bezzie mate Steve get in front of the cameras again for a Proactive update and they continue tweeting...start shouting about this from the rooftops!! This could easily push into warrant territory.

Presumably , Valkor must have said , come on this is straightforward oil drilling ...we can sort that out and Greenfield gets more money and Valkor get 29% of any profit

I got the impression a while back the 3rd party were financing the wells and the 10 % deposit , and would pay Greenfield a royalty per brl ...but things appear to have changed

This says Greenfield is raising finance to drill wells

Greenfield is engaged in ongoing discussions regarding funding options to potentially achieve the ultimate acquisition of 100% of the Membership Interests, together with the drilling of a number of production oil wells and the planned first 5,000 barrels of oil per day production plant, whilst progressing other preparatory work.

I think we need to know more about the subsidiary before we know who is doing the drilling and/or providing the cash. Definitely more meat needed on a few bones.

Delay bad news, placing at .25/.3/.4, won't be able to get a placing away, Valkor have done a runner, weather is -10'/-14'...and you call this the realist thread! And where's lopidop who owes me an apology for his continued (ceased today) questioning of my motives and intelligence. Is he man enough? You'll all keep shifting the goalposts to suit your twisted agenda whilst never accepting your errors.

Yes rmart, I would agree with what you say but my impression from the rns now is that it's Greefield that's doing the drilling, or am I reading it wrong?

So 4 months or so late raising $1.5m. TOM are now the other side of the first low hurdle, albeit plenty of scope in the 'arrangements' for this one to go off track. Next up $110m (min) to be raised.

I find the two photos on the latest Tomco tweet intriguing, the existing infrastructure photo on the left, but look at the amount of vehicles etc on the other photo, seems to me that there is lots of activity already on site.

Bungee . Imo they needed confirmation that greenfield had the rights to use the land. No matter how much money you have you don’t give it up easily without legal certainty. The lawyers would not allow it.

Hi BT .. It says in the RNS that Tomco are negotiating with third parties. So ongoing
negotiations.

So what happened to the 3rd party that was going to pay up front for drilling? Have they been binned and we are going it alone or was it Valkor all along?
I may have missed those details somewhere as I've just been patiently waiting so apologies in advance if it's already been explained.

I concur with rmart, those that can understand it appreciate what has been achieved to date. Massive thanks to everyone associated with Tomco, especially JP.

We are trying to find out more detail on the 12% royalties.

In theory, until corrected otherwise, we assume that as Greenfield(1) now owns 10% of TSHII (who have granted the 10 year lease to Greenfield(2) (the subsidiary)), 10% of the 12% royalties paid by Greenfield(2) to TSHII under the terms of the lease will then filter back to Greenfield(1).

Subsequently, and again assumed until corrected otherwise, when Greenfield(1) complete the further 90% purchase of TSHII (before the end of December 2022 as intended - well before), the 12% royalties under the terms of the lease will then all go to Greenfield(1).

Ducky, yes but hopefully we'll purchase the 90% before production kicks in. If not we pay TSH2 12%.,

Really hoping the floodgates of news will open now. Prior to today Tomco was all based on hoping we get the deal. Now it’s real, so all the detail of production costs, sand prices, the new deeper drills etc etc can be released to shareholders. This will give plenty of information to new investors and will finally get the share price into pennies and that will then bring in the warrant cash.

Today should not be underestimated by anyone. It is a true turning point and with Steve Byle and Valkor behind us we will not fail. Much praise must go to John Potter who has driven this relationship. He has had plenty of stick from some of us but fair is fair, well done JP.

Thanks damac I now fully understand.. In my defense I am currently drinking contestant number 20.

So is the 12% royalty payable until we purchase the other 90% ?

I think what many have missed when valuing this land deal is the lack of any royalties payable by greenfield once the 100% is satisfied, with 12% being the norm. If the shallows had c50m barrels it's equivalent to giving away 6m barrels. Do the math! Add in the currently unknown resources of the deeps and buying the 100% interest of TSH2 could prove a master stroke by John.
