SL how about the Truth ...
Valkor is NOT a 29% shareholder in TOM

Show me the admittance to the exchange of 29% of the shares etc.....

ONLY if TOM gets a 5000 bpd CORT plant going will Valkor get 29%

They know as we do that is unlikely and its time limited....

It has taken 6.5months to negotiate a penal interest rate on funds loaned back from Valkor , whom TOM gave the $1.5m in the first place !!

Its the same money going around because no one else is getting involved !

So how the F do you think Greenfield with a 17% royalty (12+5) is going to persuade anyone to lend them $150m !!

I always let the profit takers out first thing, normally they are mostly gone by 9am before I start buying. My broker once said (about 22 years ago) wait until 11am but I think normally have to pay more by then.

Other options to repay may also be available. Ones that Valkor would much prefer, a 5 year share of the oil that they will drill for next month for starters. You also choose to neglect the term "2% added from time to time" and the very fact the lender is a 29% tom shareholder. Doesn't get more friendly than that. Great deal for tomco!! You are a busted flush and you know it.

They buy the 10% of the lease for $2m
Borrow $1.5m to do it , from the company they gave their $1.5m to

Then
"principal amount plus interest and fees amounting to 15% of the principal amount of the loan, payable on the maturity date. In any event, a minimum of US$1.5 million must be repaid on or before 30 May 2022."

Pay $225k fees and interest by maturity date which I guess is the 30/5/22

Equivalent of borrowing at 27.9%

Then if they have not paid the $1.5m (how are they going to pay?) add 2% per Month.

If they roll up the $225k then it would cost....$34,500 a month

But they have to find $16m on top by next December....

And so we arrive at the sub lease for 10 years as insurance for Valkor and the landlord , when they cannot pay the balance 90% ?

As far a getting anywhere near a CORT plant ?

$150m forget it - so roll back to spending the $1.5m on Petroteq's POSP with no prospect of doing CORT the cash was a transfer to Valkor , whom have loaned it back at massive interest rates and no committent.

Valkor have no funding liability as they gave away their interest in Greenfield

Remember they had 18months to do something with the POSP and did nothing until TOM gave them the $1.5m....

Funny how there can be polar opposite understanding of an RNS

"Vauch
16 Nov '21 - 07:12 - 24006 of 24039

WOW I like it also 12% of any sales, This could add significant cash to cover the final lad purchase."

The RNS

"subsidiary of Greenfield has been granted a lease over approximately 320 acres of the 760 acre site owned by TSHII (the "Lease Area"), for a nominal consideration and annual rental of US$320, together with a 12% of net sales royalty per barrel of conventional oil, gas or sulphur produced and removed from the Lease Area."

Vouch they have to PAY 12% of any net sales revenue....

Some on this board have lost all credibility after being WRONG for months on end, you have to wonder at their weird determination to put a UK company down.

I don’t get it. More sellers than buyers on the best news of TOM’s history? As rmart says 10%ers if they are lucky. Just needs more publicity, how much oil can they expect to produce. How much in ground etc.

Can’t remember what I said Damac, but I see GREEFIELD/TOM producing oil by end Q22.
