13/11/2021 09:33 | Discounting the highly unlikely option that JP has pulled off a miracle then it will be a case of fingers on the buzzers Monday morning to sell. The most likely option will be another fudge, probably with the landlord. That buys more time, but the bottom line is that time for TOM is finite. The other option is that the RNS announces a deeply discounted share placing in the 0.25p range including warrants. Year end was 30 Sept and TOM needs to be thinking about the carrying value of its leases (- were the 31/10/21 leases extended?) which would slaughter the BS value, and needless to say there will be the small matter of the going concern statement. Just a reminder of what they said last year re the BS turboshale: "When the Company issued its 2019 Annual Report, the COVID-19 pandemic was developing, and the Board decided to postpone the next stage of the TurboShale field testing. A decision on when to restart the field test programme is likely to be made in Q2 2021." and then at the interims: "We have continued to postpone operations in respect of TurboShale's RF Technology, pending a return to normality after the COVID-19 pandemic abates." COVID has not prevented the drilling which was going to save the company six weeks ago, and the consistency of the argument is going to be difficult to sustain. | ![]() the diddymen
13/11/2021 09:21 | You need to put your last post on the goons board, Vauch. I will refrain from making comment upon TOM’s BoD regarding zero communications to shareholders. | ![]() goulding1215

12/11/2021 16:48 | Be careful with Tomco and false dawns. I hope this company can finally be a success but disappointment is part of its recent history. | danmart2
12/11/2021 15:49 | VAUCH 'No certainty' was a good clue! Realistically can you accept it was too good to be true but like most AIM companies TOM raised hopes and excitement. Little money left unless there is a secret benefactor whO certainly will not be a director. What can TOM do? | ![]() lopodop
12/11/2021 15:32 | However, there can be no certainty that Greenfield can secure the requisite funding. | ![]() vauch
12/11/2021 15:31 | The extension of the abovementioned exclusive option to 15 November 2021 has been agreed to facilitate the ongoing funding discussions for the initial 10% acquisition, however there can be no certainty that a suitable agreement will be reached with this or another third party or as to the terms of any such funding. As previously announced, the deposit, now totalling US$500,000, can be credited against the US$2 million cost of acquiring 10% of the Membership Interests, should Greenfield elect to proceed with the potential acquisition of the initial 10%. Assuming successful completion of the acquisition of the initial 10%, Greenfield will then have an exclusive option, at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests for additional cash consideration up to 31 December 2022, as detailed in the 9 June 2021 announcement. Greenfield is exploring various other funding options to potentially achieve the acquisition of 100% of the Membership Interests, whilst continuing other preparatory work. However, there can be no certainty that Greenfield can secure the requisite funding. | ![]() vauch

12/11/2021 14:10 | "rmart 1 Oct '21 - 07:19 - 22996 of 23908 There is not a lot to discuss at present as we are in a maximum of a 6 week extension. However, it may not take 6 weeks, I think it is down to legal getting paperwork done and signed, I personally think they have gone max with 6 weeks." "gone max with 6 weeks" Just as well eh? Whereas this thread , believed nothing would happen within the 6 weeks .... Rampers (other thread) vs. Realists... (this thread) We said it all along and we were not wrong. | ![]() fenners66

12/11/2021 09:19 | "goulding1215 12 Nov '21 - 07:59 - 23905 of 23907 Why are people worrying about small share price changes. COP69 is pushing to cut fossil fuel emissions. That is what CORT is all about. Whilst fracking and other dirty fossil fuels HAVE TO GO, TAR SANDS and CORT WILL BE TAKING OVER. CLEAN FUEL IS WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS." I cannot make my mind up , whether goulding1215 is just trolling the other thread to see how stupid they are , or whether he is really that stupid.... Having correctly stated fossil fuels have to go ... he then thinks that the way you get fossil fuels out of the ground makes them not fossil fuels !! ? So if you use a bucket line excavator running thousands of gallons of diesel an hour , coal is a nasty fossil fuel .... but if you dig it by hand it isn't ? !! Such a moronic comment. Fossil fuels are fossil fuels. Claiming they can be extracted using solvent and no water makes them......... fossil fuels ! WTI is rising partly because US shale oil is NOT stepping up production to meet demand. There is no longer such an appetite to finance it . Because once bitten twice shy and because the environmental lobby. | ![]() fenners66

12/11/2021 08:19 | WILSON2 Goulding 1125 will need a good few more-he doesn't see that investors are very worried about their potential losses and are having to decide if enough is enough. TOM is a very small IOM registered company with little or no Valuable assets or technical expertise. | ![]() lopodop

12/11/2021 07:59 | Why are people worrying about small share price changes. COP69 is pushing to cut fossil fuel emissions. That is what CORT is all about. Whilst fracking and other dirty fossil fuels HAVE TO GO, TAR SANDS and CORT WILL BE TAKING OVER. CLEAN FUEL IS WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS. Well it is in Utah, the major oil companies will soon see the benefit of Tar Sands. One small deadline is irrelevant. The Tar Sands aren’t going away. They have been there for hundreds of Centuries. 12/11/2021 07:53 | Morning Vauch, would require the third party to be US listed company and the agreement with Tomco could stipulate that their news issued first to US market or simultaneous with Tomco on US/UK markets. | ![]() ajj2003 |
