16/11/2021 12:31 | I think we can safely say that SB will lend a helping hand to Tomco to ensure the respective funding is not an issue moving forward. Paying back the $1.5 million by May 2022 is not expected to be an issue as well we will be producing by then hence the revenue streams. Happy days so onwards and upwards ;) | ajj2003

16/11/2021 11:01 | The "waste from bio-diesel" Steve Byle is talking about is almost certain to be glycerin, it makes up 10% of the output from the process, so the bio-fuel he's talking about has to be bioMSAR. | foxm

16/11/2021 10:46 | True Carbon Negative Energy Revealed Soon... Steven Byle Executive Chairman Heavy Sweet Oil Location Park City, Utah, United States I am Co-Founder of this world class oil project on a multi-billion barrel resource in Utah. The company is targeting in-situ heavy sweet oil sands at shallow depths with enhance oil recovery using flue gas and steam. Beyond simple production, the company targets CO2 sequestration at unprecedented levels due to the unconsolidated sands. It further aims to mix its oil with waste from bio-diesel to offset emissions and produce a bio-fuel. | rmart
16/11/2021 10:44 | VERY Intersting from L S E Pasted this across. Interesting I originally suspected the third party which TOM were talking to might be Valkor, but Fadec92 convinced me that it was New Day Energy Development LLC. It looks like Valkor really are going for this in-situ production in Utah, details of Steve Byle's new company Heavy Sweet Oil LLC should be getting released soon. He is almost certainly looking at producing MSAR and bioMSAR from these wells, we could well see a commercial licence agreement signed with them before the end of the year. I was expecting to see an announcement from Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited at the end of September regarding the completion of their Utah oil sands project to Valkor, but nothing appeared. But from their Q3 cash flow report which was released on 29th October, the sale did go through as planned, and the remaining $400k was paid on time. Sale of Utah Project HCD completed the sale of its interests in the Utah oil sands project for cash consideration of US$500,000 and an ongoing 2% revenue-based royalty. The purchaser has also committed to test HCD’s technology in three wells in the project area within six months of the completion of the sale. So as well as drilling on Tomco's site, Valkor also have to drill three wells on that site by the end of March. It's all go in Utah. | rmart
16/11/2021 10:33 | Here are the more accurate weather temperatures for December for Uintah: As you can see day temperatures are okay for drilling. Remember, they don't need heat as they are drilling, unlike the RF Turboshale which needs to generate heat. Please note, the temperatures quoted in the Accu weather link are in Centigrade. To covert to Fahrenheit times by 2 and add 30. Eg. 5C = 5 X 2 + 30 = 40F | freedom97
16/11/2021 10:31 | Greenfield is engaged in ongoing discussions regarding funding options to potentially achieve the ultimate acquisition of 100% of the Membership Interests, together with the drilling of a number of production oil wells and the planned first 5,000 barrels of oil per day production plant, whilst progressing other preparatory work. | chadwick123
16/11/2021 10:22 | From this mornings RNS "Greenfield is currently focused on commercial negotiations with third parties in order to seek to secure the funding for its future plans, together with progressing the required permitting and other preparatory work. We look forward to providing further updates in due course." | chadwick123
16/11/2021 10:18 | imo, we will see another rns pretty soon. From the rns29th Sept. Greenfield is currently in detailed discussions with a third party which is funding an extensive in-situ oil production programme adjacent to TSHII's land, accessing resources deeper than Greenfield envisages mining for its purposes. As part of these discussions, the third party would potentially provide sufficient funding to Greenfield to enable up to five wells to be drilled on TSHII's land along with the requisite infrastructure, with an associated 'off-take' agreement serving to provide sufficient upfront funding to enable Greenfield to acquire the initial 10% of the Membership Interests in TSHII to be repaid from the sale of the oil produced. IMo the third party wanted the land and lease secured before they parted with their cash. This imo will happen now as in todays rns they still mention drilling 3 wells next month. I would say the third party will shortly complete their deal with greenfield. | rmart

16/11/2021 09:29 | What have TOM's excuses been in the past for not running RF over the winter? Err, its too cold ? | fenners66
16/11/2021 09:26 | The winners from this are Valkor and the land owner. Valkor got in with Petroteq and did nothing with the POSP for 18m - (see Petroteq release) Then along came a desperate TOM as Turbo and RF were going nowhere. Formed a JV and gave Valkor $1.5m to fix the POSP Valkor said thanks very much now we are backing out and you can have the JV Valkor then buys its own land at 140x less than this price for TSHII Then it gets to lend the $1.5m back to TOM at 28% + a follow on 24% so that someone can conventionally drill on land not owned by TOM. CORT does not come into this arrangement . So if TOM had approached Valkor or a.n. other in the first place to drill 320 acres of land they wanted a lease on .... They would have saved a fortune and still be in the same place... | fenners66 |
