Ducky give the rmart stuff a rest. He will not be an insider! Its clear to me from the recent up and down movement that the market has no idea what the next rns will bring. John is now working with multiple parties and government agencies. I'm not prepping for a delay, I'm actually NOT expecting one. However someone at DOGM on holiday or sick causing short term headache?? It happens. No problem.

Worth a read regarding the ins and outs of the recent and current Petroteq position.

Well well! TOM should deliver news of importance to shareholders as soon as it becomes available. So on that basis, up and until last Friday evening, there was no GOOD and no BAD news to impart to the market. Therefore suddenly tomorrow news is going to be conjured up either good or bad, for release tomorrow or on Tuesday. When therefore did the good or bad news reach the directors' domain? Are the Board just like investors in total ignorance? Had there been good news certainly it would have reached shareholders long before now. If bad news is on the menu this week, when did Groat and co first find out and when should it have been released? He could be in trouble if investors determine that, good or bad, the news has been withheld eh!

Sagey, I’m sure you will agree that current bank balance is probably in excess of £1m. How much we aren’t sure. Therefore, should they fully fund the 10% from elsewhere thus preserving working cap you will agree that there simply is no panic. I’m not sure how any of you lot can currently label tomco teetering on being insolvent.

Yes it is for a business that has been trading for over a decade and has yet to deliver a cent in revenue let alone profit. Touché my friend.

Dilution will be the death of all your investments, indeed they are dead already you just are sucking in the fumes of an empty tank. Nothing has changed. You are all talking the same jam tomorrow stories that litter the last 12 years of these threads. All washed out by dilution after dilution. You see, you are all disposables, mere chaff to the kernel which is the valuable listing TOM. But not ever to return value to investors, you are just its fodder, as it chomps through more trusted small minded FOMO types. Take a look back at this post in 2 years and then test whether I am still the moron you need me to be. Chin up!

Monday will be a first test.............

Follow commonsense and do not add. If the news is bleak the share value will drop like a stone. On that basis TOM is not an ongoing proposition and the Board may have already received advice to cease business immediately.
The Board have not, despite undertakings to the contrary, kept shareholders in touch with the goings on. Why? The Board are wholly irresponsible in this regard but reckon they may just get away with it. How much will you lose if the company goes bust?
Cash must be in short supply. Do you really believe JP is a credible CEO? Would you employ him based on his record to date at TOM and previously. As for the non execs well you must judge for yourself.
Bleak is a conservative description. Many on board have been carried along by the opportunity, not the reality - three part timers and mr who. Do not be influenced by those who do not think for themselves.
