"APPROVAL OF ML 54066 OBA - BITUMINOUS SANDS / ASPHALTIC SANDSApproved for a 10-year term, with a bonus of $168,201.00. Annual rental is $15,291.00 and annual minimum royalty is $152,910.00. Production royalty is the greater of $3.00 per barrel of leased substances or 8% of the gross value of the leased substances."

For your information Fenners these are the terms of the leases Valkor has been snapping up.

I think if you crunch some numbers over a sustained period the deal Greenfield negotiated may make more sense,

Hi again Fenners,

I'm interested in your recent statement (sorry I've not been a regular reader of this board) about Valkor buying land at a cheaper rate than the Greenfield deal.

Valkor have actually entered into 10 year leases agreements with SITLA, which as you know will have lucrative royalties attached. Greenfield are buying the asset which is TSH2 which will ultimately result in no royalty payments. A completely different transaction. Multi, multi million pound savings over the lifetime of the project.

The SITLA leases also have little infrastructure which I believe is part of the reason these first wells will be drilled on TS2 land which already has all required roads, electricity, water supply, site cabins etc....

With this in mind I'm not sure your comparison is wholly, if at all, justified,

all the best.

Fenners,

Why Tom? I guess you could ask the very questions of many AIM companies. Why are Empyrean drilling the China seas, how did Pantheon get involved in Alaska. We have found 'our' opportunity and it looks increasingly promising.

I agree that you always need to keep an eye on the past but the forward looking fact remains that, within the coming weeks Greenfield, with its partners (TBC), will be drilling exploration wells which could lead to very near term production. It is my understanding that these wells are as straight forward as drilling can be be, still clearly not risk free and as investors we need to maintain a level of caution.

However in my opinion this could be a game changer for Tomco.

All the best,

It's clear valkor are involved. See the link yesterday ref another SB fledgling company. Like it or not john has clearly forged a friendship and strong bond over there. Valkor have many irons in fires and are content to leave the mundane business of permitting etc to greenfield. I hate "too good to be trues" but this relationship has potential to transform Tomco. Very soon!!

SL - the point is , why TOM?
Why not TSHII?
Why not the companies before them?
The land has been marked for oil development for 50 years.
Why not Valkor?
They just bought land next door at 140x less per acre...

Almost looks to good to be true ?

I get the potential excitement.
TOM may finally see a business over the horizon
Any business, because it has not had one.

Lets see if this becomes a business or another mirage....

"How much of a no brainer"

So...

TSHII land which has been for sale for 5 years land on which other companies have gone bust with millions $ in losses ...

Can now be traditionally drilled , on a sub lease for $320 ?
By a company that has almost zero cash.
By a company that does not own a drilling rig and has 1 employee.
By a company that is still negotiating a deal to get someone to drill - "on the Lease Area, but for which the requisite further funding and permits have not yet been secured"
This is going to get them some cash to pay off an unsecured loan by 30th May 2022 - which already has 15% fees for 6 months and about 28% APR attached.

All this is going to be achieved in a few months... TSHII having negotiated a deal to sell 10% of the land for more than 10% of the value and all at 140x the land Valkor already bought next door.

If only they had just drilled it 10 years ago they would never have gone bust !
If they just drill it themselves after all , clearly you don't need any rig or skills or employees...

so easy ...
