When you look back at the company's accounts its incredible how they have managed to repeat the same story and raise cash from willing ... fill in the blanks....

16Jan 2007 completed the reverse acquisition of the Oil Mining Company Inc with 2918 acres of oil shale in Utah.
The independent firm of mining consultants SRK estimated the leased oil shale areas to contain 230million barrels of oil.


ha ha 14 years later , they are looking to part with a fortune for a 10% interest in some land that they still cannot drill.
No capability of their own despite...
2007 the company raised a total of £1.78m through a placing at 2.5p each .....


So for all those (ahem with hindsight (!) poor misguided ) who have had their holdings diluted time and again , they were sold a dream of oil ... what's changed ?

The deadline for the deal is 15/11. That doesn't mean stock market opening times so no regulation requirements to announce today, therefore 7am tomorrow is now most likely. Imo.

Release good news immediately, delay bad news.

Shareholders can only apply this rule of thumb because there is no news despite 15 Nov being the end of the 6 week extension.

Hi g .. the important part is paying the deposit on TS2. Without that I don't think we go anywhere in the short term.

Of course we have our own leases but not the infrastructure.

I agree with Damac. If it wasn’t going through we would have heard by today. Although it is not past the ability of the Chairman to have given a hint, if JP is tied up in Utah. My feeling is that the financiers now want more holes on the block of land which will have to be cleared by DOGM. Just a hunch, but TOM’s PR a failure once again. When will they ever learn.

Morning damac .. Thanks for that. My bet on an RNS had been Tuesday but I didn't expect to be correct.

If there is no RNS this morning it will be interesting to see if holders are nervous or not and whether there will be any traders betting on a positive RNS later this week whenever it is.

For any traders with itchy trigger fingers, remember, when the U.K. market closes at 16:30 it is only 09:30 in Utah. Therefore, if anything is being signed off today in Utah it will most likely be reported in the U.K. on Tuesday.
