Could explain CHAIRMAN's happiness and get around urgent need for all the GREENFIELD money by OCTOBER.

official news will be in the next 3 weeks.

1. Independent reserves report
2. Final due diligence on the site done.
3. Confirmation of loan/funding for the initial 10%

that is a lot of good news flow in the next 3 weeks.

On top of that, Valkor will become a cornerstone investor with 29% of Tomco.

Then the company is transformed imo and will go on to build the plant and become a big producer.

All dependent on 1,2 and 3 above. Max 3 weeks wait.
