Deduct $1.7m for the 10%?
Deduct the projected overhead costs including those that will not be covered by project financing to the point of financing?
= funding that needs to be raised in 23 days.

They have already employed several companies to get this going. Well it reads very positively and sums up where we are and what we're in this for !

If we announce the 10 % deposit is paid by the end of the month along with issuing a reserves report this will rerate !

Nice pre AGM update, looks like they have read some of the chat forum questions but may more to be answered im sure.
Those that go please don't get caught up in the moment be ready to ask questions even if they say they have answered that question push it for a better prospective, as questions can get pushed aside.
I like the fact that they are looking to fund land as part of the total loan.
This will hold back any need to issue more shares.
And not to forget that we have warrants at .9 that will add good cash to the pot.

Board has to agree GREENFIELD ceases activities by end of month if no funding arranged. No further delays allowed.
RF if it is to be re pursued must first be endorsed by a professional engineer. If negative, TOM board agrees to appoint receiver.
No further placings.
Does Groat accept there have been serious flaws in TOM strategy and that TOM has not and did not have the right technical and other skills on board?
Shareholders have invested lots and lost lots.
Tomorrow's AGM will be either one of euphoria or sheer disbelief.

If Greenfield ceases to be a going concern, TOM can try selling it or bits of it. Result Peanuts. But there may well be some fortunate beneficiaries, some known, others as yet unknown!
