Hope someone asks which Valkor directors will be joining the Tomco board, given their soon to be 29% holding in the company.

Just an admission that there will be board changes as and when the funding is sorted, with Valkor having representation, should do wonders for the share price and boost the cash reserves through warrants ;)

Rmart, loco Lopo has a real dislike of Tomco. If he was the NED that was thrown out, then that was a good job done. He does sound really wound up. Personally, I am happy that STEPHEN BYLE now owns shares in Tomco.
