That said Goulding i'm still to be convinced we need anyone from Valkor on the board. I see the short term gain it might offer the share price, might cause a spike that some on here thrive on. I will wait to hear Johns take on how the restructuring creates the greater alignment between Tom and Valkor referred to in the recent RNS.

It should be an interesting AGM.

With the right people running the company, the future is tremendous DF.

Why should he? If he thinks Tom will come good Despite JP . Does not mean he should endorse him, too many of those comments , if you don't like something try and sort it out , not run away

Personally, if anyone, I think the appointment of Coby Crawford to the TOM board (was in one of the Proactive vids) would make a great deal of sense. Coby is Valkors CTO (chief technical officer for Ducky :-) ). Whilst SB would be a figure head appointment, Coby would add some more knowhow and technical credibility to Tomco.

Thanks for the vote of confidence DF. I have complained about:-

1. Lack of communications from TOM

2. JP see 1. What has he accomplished?

I may have a problem not accepting poor performance, for which I do not apologise, particularly when it affects my investments. Each to his own.

If SB is at the AGM and gives JP a vote of confidence, his knowledge on the subject more than mine, then I would be happy about that.

I'm not saying steve Byle wouldn't make a good CEO. He clearly would, it's a pointless argument. What I said is he probably won't want to be. They have to deal with some right idiot investors you know.

Unfortunately not. I was at the last AGM, and had a real go at the directors including JP. After the meeting I was congratulated by a NED, saying they needed that.

Goulding will you be at the AGM and telling John Potter is not fit for purpose again ?

Hi SL .. I have been posting on this BB long enough to know that goulding likes a good moan. I think that's all he posts negative depressing stuff. He really should sell up and move on if he doesn't trust Potter to do the job. DF

I may lack common sense, but I can see the difference in value of a CEO, between SB and JP even if you can’t.

Hang on you started this conversation saying Valkor did 90% of the work. With no proof. Of course Tomco have been involved in the discussions, planning, permitting, purchasing...what proof do you need? Common sense should be enough, oh hang on that's what you are lacking.

No proof of any of that. JP could not act on behalf of Petroteq, they have their own people. Little porky there SL.

The bureaucracy in itself to pull this project though is a full time job. If you think steve is doing that then you are wrong. John is. Tomco are,

Yeh Petroteq did the red tape and the authorities stepped in and shut down the operation. John dragged them out of that hole. You simply have no clue.

Well it seems daft to me to have someone owning 29% of the shares, inside knowledge of CORT, Engineering qualifications, oil experienced, experienced in business deals, dealing with US banks, financial institutions, living in the USA, running a successful business as a CEO against someone living in the UK, none of those qualifications and coming from a bankrupt company, it defeats me. What planning SL, that was all done by Valkor. You saying that SB and Valkor just get on with CORT, and JP did the rest?Petroteq did the red tape. Nothing else to do. JP’ is incapable of communicating with investors,as we all know. It is time the Chairman sacked him.

A cunning plan? Well, I’m afraid it’ll have to wait. Whatever it was, I’m sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman round here?

He is a very successful builder of businesses who will soon own 29% of Tomco. I'd say he has a plan.
