Price quoted 0.57p and 0.6p

If you became a director of TOM, GIVEN the present situation of GREENFIELD financially, would you consider selling to another listed company on deferred consideration basis - a company which although having its own problems may itself be able to help secure the funding AND also apparently has suitors. The chairman is known to be a deal arranger so he should already be on to this.

Nowt to do with TOM but no chat board for PQE, and we do have an agreement with them for licencing of the extraction method.

That Petroteq question above prompted me to have a look at their accounts.....

"The Company has incurred losses for several years and, at May 31, 2021, has an accumulated deficit of $97,047,409, (August 31, 2020 - $90,664,349) and working capital (deficiency) of $12,999,107 (August 31, 2020 - $ 12,955,134). These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared on the basis that the Company will be able to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on obtaining additional financing, which it is currently in the process of obtaining. There is a risk that additional financing will not be available on a timely basis or on terms acceptable to the Company. These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements do not reflect the adjustments or reclassifications that would be necessary if the Company were unable to continue operations in the normal course of business."

No sales of hydrocarbons in the 9 months to May 21 despite earlier missives saying their drilling was at break even at really low oil prices.

But it still added $m's to its plant and machinery ?

From their notes on Mining leases is this relevant ?

Come on RMART. THINK. How much cash do you think is in the tin and remember all the extra costs the CHAIRMAN refers to. Without an imminent placing the whole operation could be bordering on solvency doubts. BOD are presumably very nervous which is why the announcement was made seven hours before the CHAIRMAN clears his throat and sips a glass of water sweetened with Scotch. He and the others will be watching for investors' twitches.

Confirmation that the 10% has been paid , we've got the lease and an independant reserves report and bingo watch it fly ..early October should be fun
