Its a good question and one that will be elaborated on during and after the AGM I'm sure.

For now I will say that I believe that Greenfield will be in a stronger position to move forward with the funding round under the new structure. This wasn't a restructure that was forced upon either party, it was a mutual agreement carried out to move the project forward. So in answer to your question, yes I believe we are in a stronger position.

off with their anticipated 100 per cent ownership of Greenfield giving Valkor

Just to be clear we haven't been told that a placing is coming. I can certainly see how and why you would jump to that conclusion but as we both know other funding options are available and should/will be explored.

'Personal attack' get a grip! 'Jealous' dear me you are a tightly wound little flower. Just a couple of weeks away from news of the next dilution. You have all been told it is coming but you try and pretend it will not happen. I also think that they are very close to having to consolidate. With the shares it shoved into Valkor's hands last month and the volume it will place this month the overall number will be close to 3bn. At least 500m new shares at @.4p. They will not want the share price to be threatening a zero after the decimal point. I would suggest a 100:1 ratio which will get you back to single digit pence. Some like DF and Goulding will think they are in profit, poor souls. Anyway, you have been warned.

The significant part of that announcement is, imho, on the ground, not IN the ground. Which, implies less cost of extraction.

I think assets in the ground will be more meaningful once someone , hopefully greenfield , has a 5000 bpd plant up and running !

In view of the urgency to complete DD and presumably monitor what the consultants are doing, shouldn't CEO be in UTAH at this critical time? How can this situation be controlled from here? Surprising if a Non exec is also not on site to back up and assist CEO. If it gets the go ahead the land deal and the build is a massive project? Who is the expert here?
