06/9/2021 13:56 | I'd be happy to see any evidence to back that up. You simply have no idea of the paperwork/planning/r | stuart little
06/9/2021 13:56 | Another question for the AGM If the land deal / financing is not completed this month , what do they do? Pay another $100k ? Or walk away ? | fenners66
06/9/2021 13:54 | "Ducky Fuzz 6 Sep '21 - 12:44 - 21918 of 21927 Valkor is a 2 billion dollar business so the chance of SB becoming TOMco CEO is zero. " $2 bn ? So I decided to have a look and see if I could find out. VALKOR ENERGY SERVICES Revenue, Growth & Competitor Profile Fast Facts Revenue Growth Rate VC/Investor Activity Competitive Intelligence Competition Last updated: August 30, 2021 Company Profile & Annual Report for Valkor Energy Services Access the complete profile. Valkor Energy Services Fast Facts Revenue $1 - $10 million See Exact Annual Revenue Employees 10 - 100Exact Company Size That's the best info I can find , anyone any more , yes I have looked at their website, the Tomco Greenfield tie up June 2020 is the last item on their news and no financials. So their news is over a year out of date. Add those 2 bits of info together and it does not suggest to me anything like a $2bn company.... Like I said , anyone point me to it ? | fenners66
06/9/2021 13:41 | Believe that if you will Stuart. 90% has been done by SB and Valkor. | goulding1215
06/9/2021 13:27 | If you purely base progress on today's share price then maybe AIM is not for you. Has john made progress with the oil sands? Is the project entering a pivotal stage? Would we have formed the Valkor relationship without John? Is he paid a fraction of most AIM CEO's? John is focussed on the project, the share price will catch up. | stuart little
06/9/2021 13:16 | Well DF and SL, success is judged by the share price JP has seen a huge drop in share price and increased the number of shares, plus the share price drop. If you think that is a sense of success, I don’t. Success would be an increase in share price Any worse than that would be bankruptcy. | goulding1215
06/9/2021 13:10 | Like i say, 'IF' they really want the share price to get moving they IMO need to get him on board. Just my opinion but nothing else is working. | rmart
06/9/2021 12:54 | If SB wanted to be on the tomco board he would force it through, fairly easily I'd say. I'm not sure why he would want to be on the board of an AIM plc with all the rubbish that comes with it. He and Valkor are still pivotal to Greenfield success with him on the tomco board or not. I'm with the Duck, john is steering us in the right direction. Not as fast as I would like but major goals are closing in. | stuart little
06/9/2021 12:54 | Sorry OT. I've mention ACP a few times here over the past year or two when they were around 2p or so. We'll they they they just got their graphite mining licence on Friday and could seriously multibag over the next 12-18 months from their current level (just under 6p). DYOR, etc, but well worth a look. Still holding 6m here as there is potential for good gains but I really cannot understand why the share price is so low given that potential. Maybe simply history, who knows..... | bungeetrader
06/9/2021 12:53 | I think he would be an ideal director. It would just show his commitment to tomco. Even as an NED it would be a great tonic for shareholders. | rmart
06/9/2021 12:53 | For 29% of the company, Valcor will have appropriate representation on the board when the deal is completed. SB would be an excellent addition to the board whilst also an opportunity for further dead wood to be removed. | ajj2003
06/9/2021 12:45 | Don't think we need any more paid directors. | ducky fuzz
06/9/2021 12:44 | Valkor is a 2 billion dollar business so the chance of SB becoming TOMco CEO is zero. I think J.Potter has done a good job so far. | ducky fuzz
06/9/2021 12:42 | A further question ‘ will the current BOD bring Stephen Byle into the BOD, preferably as CEO, he is a successful business man, knows this procedure of CORT, has engineering and oil knowledge, lives in USA. Perfect man for the job. Watch the share price double. | goulding1215
06/9/2021 12:37 | Ducky, Commercial terms of the $110m loan should be released in the RNS announcing the securing of the finance. Until then, nobody can expect any company seeking funding to make public statement on any deal that is yet to be agreed and signed off. There is absolutely no way your question would be answered at the AGM. To answer one of your other questions, the last RNS states that they are currently in discussion with potential buyers with regards to off-take agreements. | damac
06/9/2021 12:36 | Did Turboshale work .. I think what we have now is amazing potentially. | ducky fuzz
06/9/2021 12:30 | How about this question for the board‘why did the BOD decide to go ahead with Valkor into Greenfield, when the much cheaper option, was another Turboshale test, after the antenna modification, and TOM could be an oil producer today? | goulding1215
06/9/2021 12:22 | Stu ...Ducky lives on a duck pond , in duckmania ...it's current red listed | jaynealex
06/9/2021 12:18 | Hi SL .. not possible. | ducky fuzz
06/9/2021 12:14 | Ducky, have you considered attending? | stuart little
06/9/2021 12:11 | Another question for the AGM please .. How will the 110 million dollar loan be structured. Is it leasing .. Does the loaner get any percentage of TOMco .. How long is it payable over .. what sort of interest rate .. Do they get part of the oil produced .. What security do they need .. Also assuming we get the 5,000 barrels a day up and running when will we increase it to 10,000 barrels a day and how will we pay for that. How much will it cost to convert from 5,000 barrels a day to 10,000 barrels a day. Has any consideration been done on who we sell the oil and sand to. How many staff will we need, is it about 5-10 people with a hot secretary or more. Do we need a plant manager. Do we need new roads built. Thanks. DF | ducky fuzz
06/9/2021 11:19 | LOL @ Mikecoster | damac
06/9/2021 11:11 | Fishy...I hope the only jam we get is for those scones. | hotfinance14
06/9/2021 10:55 | Sage,will we need a placing to cover the cost of the Vol-eu-vents. | mikecoster
06/9/2021 10:35 | Hot, I believe John is knocking up a batch of scones and vol-au-vents. :-) fn. | fishyneck |
