Never seen so much downright nastiness around a share.

Really sad. Says more about the posters posting it than they'd like to think.

Maarleck, it's not scaremongering, it's simple cash forecasting from the financial statements that Tern issued yesterday..The most likely outcome is a placing in November time in my opinion, utilising the numbers issued yesterday (which are not particularly strong) as they'll want the cash in the year end numbers..If you think something else is more likely to occur in the next 6 weeks to bring in millions then that's your perogative, myself and many others don't.

I am expecting Microsoft news before the share holder conference call on or before the 14th October.

Coincidence this share holder conference call is 2 days before Microsoft webinar? I think not.

I not only believe AS has played an absolute blinder so far but he is about to surpass even the most optimistic expectations of those here.

Many many pounds not pence.

Clearly looks like FVR is the main source of the 50% revenue increase. DA obviously not there yet but on its way we are told.

The Samenuk Family Trust must know more than us PIs so will stay invested to see how this plays out.

FVR undervalued at the current share price in my view.

You do not have very clear vision, InVMA secured the biggest contract during this period...

I thought getting VC investments into DA and FVR would be easy considering the multiple awards and recognition they have received. Not forgetting the webinars by DA with Intel and Microsoft and bluechip clients. It would be good if we had the BOD honestly explaining why it is proving so difficult for them.Clearly it is proving difficult no point in pretending otherwise. I would flip Push and Seal or even Invma before anymore dodgy fund raising. Let DA and FVR grow and stop diluting shareholder value.

Absolutely agree with todays shareprophet article..Where have all those posters gone who were telling everybody there was loads of cash?.I guess reality has dawned that the next placing is likely to be very painful and they have got out ahead of it today as all of yesterdays pumping didn't pay off..Am expecting this back into the 7s next week.

Cheery stuff from Shareprophets:

Yesterday on the back of interims from AIM-listed jam-tomorrow investment company Tern plc (TERN) I showed that despite the headlines of the interims, it is running out of cash. This morning, right on cue, it announced yet another quarterly convertible loan has been issued to its supposed jewel in the crown, Device Authority. If my maths is right, Tern will be totally skint by Christmas unless those fine chaps at HMRC hand over a bunch of cash to Device Authority and it hands it over to Tern.

Device Authority (DA) has needed a quarterly injection of cash from Tern for ages now. During the summer there wasn’t one – instead DA signed over its tax credit claim to Tern and got its quarterly keep-the-lights on injection of cash that way. Tern’s interim accounts told us it was a small amount, but filings at Companies House suggest it was of the order of £318,000 – not so small. The problem is that I suspect that HMRC will only cough up once DA has filed 2018 accounts – which it has yet to do, according to Companies House. Add on time to process the claim and post a cheque and it could be in the Christmas post, which is a long time from now for Tern.

This morning, Tern announced that it has handed over another $315,000 – call that £255,000 – just a couple of days before month-end. Are things so bad at DA that without this latest bailout it would have struggled with the end-of-month payroll? Meanwhile, my calculation is that Tern will be down to enough cash to cover admin fees for the company until Christmas, and not much more. But with plenty more hungry mouths to feed on its portfolio, the next demand for cash will see Tern fishing down the back of the sofa for loose change.

And of course with admin and other fees having cost it £0.62 million during H1 there is the small matter of how it gets a going concern sign-off from its auditors in the new year – not to mention another few rounds of quarterly cash injections into DA and whatever the rest of the portfolio needs. It is blindingly obvious that Tern needs a placing and fast. But the bucket shops are not stupid: they will know Tern is up the creek without a paddle and will offer cash accordingly. At 8.75p my money is on a placing at 5p or less – but how much will Tern actually raise? Anything less that a good couple of million will see it having to go cap in hand back to the bucket shops for a further fleecing next year – and that assumes it gets any cash at all.

As such, at 8.75p, Tern is a slam-dunk sell ahead of massive dilution or simply a trip to the corporate undertakers.
