Likya123,.Do you even know what exponential growth is, and what effect it would have on your financials? .You and those that ticked your post up seem to completely ignore the numbers that your company put in front of you and have then told you on the call that that is all they will discuss..Stop trying to suck people in here.. Fund raising in November at circa 5 - 6 pence looking extremely likely

Jp wrong nail though, new offices are not a perk, they would of needed them, that has nothing to do with share price direction. As for pay, from what to what.

Sweepie Reading not LONDON, if it had been a couple of floors in the Shard questions could be asked. But what deal did they strike for it? Lots of office space for rent these days, so much many get converted into apartments, so unless we know how much it’s difficult to say which boxes it ticked for them. Size needed, communications etc. It’s high tech specialist staff, you need to draw on them from a wide geographical area, so transport links need to be considered etc. Unless we know the criteria and deal struck we can’t say if it’s cheap or expensive.

long with an increase in Directors' salaries to begin to bring them closer to more conventional market levels.

The comparison they are using, have those investment companies already had exits of a investment and do those directors receive a hefty bonus on a exit. PAY RISES AT THIS STAGE UNACCEPTABLE to most here

DA have got to be ahead of their customers needs, they need the ability to support a client from day one, there’s no we’re hoping to be able to deal with that in the future in the security business. Microsoft got involved when Keyscaler had what is needed for them, that’s the R&D side, now it will still have R&D adding features plus a support team. DA have no choice but to support their blue chip clients or lose them.

WFF totally get that but that tower in Reading is probably one of the most expensive in the town, surely cheaper accommodation could have been secured to get them close to other giants.
Did Google,FB and all the others move into expansive premises before they had secured a self financing income?

Sweepie, expanding businesses need money to feed the expansion. It’s not like the rail network that charges you now for a promised service in the future. If you have new customers now they need support now, with SaaS model it’s front loaded on the expense per customer. The profit builds month on month the cost stays roughly the same. I can easily see if customers via Microsoft and the other blue chips are now coming on board in numbers it needs cash injection.

Only when we see that in a trading statement from DA can we believe it, I would have thought that we should have reached that point already but the loan states otherwise.
But gaps between loans getting longer and longer this ought to be the last one but surely said last time we gave them a loan.

Have to say makes moving into their new accommodation when they did look even more reckless as at the time they didn't have the income to justify it.

No fund raising as DA goes into profit and exponential growth TERN will never need to raise cash again.

Winnifirth and his criminal gang still hurting from being told where to go by TERN directors.

Many many pounds not pence.
