Sorry if this has already been asked but who might be the "strategic partner" Tern is "pursuing"?

Afetr a fall from 57p to 8.75p -on almost no portfolio updating April till now - then a reassurance would be in order...

could be either:
During the first six months of 2019 we raised GBP1.5 million to strengthen our
financial position for upcoming investment opportunities and to provide
additional financing support to our existing portfolio companies to enable
their continued growth.
or (to cover this):
The one-off costs were incurred due to the Company exploring
an opportunity to rapidly expand its portfolio through a strategic
initiative. This transaction would have added a significant number of
companies to the Company's portfolio, increased our NAV and broadened our
resources to support and manage the larger portfolio. However, after careful
due diligence and with the support of our advisers the Board decided not to
pursue the opportunity any further.

What utter garbage.
Lots of Aim companies are down but which ones regularly reassure shareholders that they are not about to take the company private? Just one example please?

Shows his lack of faith in the prospects of FVR.Also he is no longer motivated with his minority interest.I'll bet he owns personally a large chunk of the IP.

Again they didn't mention what the proceeds of the last placemment were for.
and what about tern-f, what was the rationale?
how are the discussions with venture capitalists progressing?
Are they tempted, at such a low share price, to take tern private? If they assured to the contrary, maybe more people would buy tern shares.
they could have also have said no placing for the next 6 months.

more questions than answers.

Interesting that co-founder and the face of FVR, Richard Vincent now has only 20% equity stake in the business and yet Tern has 35%. He must believe that 20% will be enough to see himself become very wealthy.

Tern's share of FVR is has an asset book value of £2.2m for 35%. This gives FVR laughable value of £6.3m. If FVR was a listed business it would be valued at least £100m, based on future potential.

Worthy to note that DA sales achieve a high gross margin. It won't take much sales to cover the overhead and get to breakeven. They may already be there. Remember Sarah Payne's words on the Capital Market day video.

They could sell 1% of their 35% of FVR right now for millions.

Cash 30th June 1.4m, circa 0.5m current liabilities to be paid gives an effective position of 0.9m at 30th June..In my opinion, costs for Jul19 to Dec19 look likely to be up to 1m, with negligible revenue received, cash / a placing will be needed around November..There is not plenty of cash

With just around 12 weeks left in the calendar year, I would think Al Sisto's forecast of 50% revenue increase should be fairly accurate.

People on here showing their true colours today.

These are FACTS.

revenue as not increased by 50%, it is FORECAST to increase by 50%.
No mention of value. An increase from £10k to £15k is 50%

Someone mentioned new customers, I must have missed that though I did see new PARTNERS.which isn't the same.

Portfolio growth in the period of 6% aiming for annual growth of 20%
Of course it's increased they had a fund raise of £1.5 million. NAV per share as reduced.

Cash in bank no fund raising required.
Year end cash £1.9 mill raise £1.5 mill June30th position £1.4 mill.
So a reduction of £2 mill in the period. Of which Admin etc £623k so approximately 12 months cash left.

I am a holder here and believe it or not I do eventually expect a decent return on my investment.

Just please don't take liberties with inaccurate comments.

An additional question to the list that I believe you should answer as it would likely be detrimental to smaller holders. .If this list has been provided to the company, have any larger holders been contacted by the company to ascertain their appetite for privatisation?

A few more buys and we're going up.

Plenty of cash still on the books?.You do know how to read a set of accounts dont you?.How much of that cash number that you are focusing on do you think remains now? Bearing in mind that there has been 3 months of costs since then and payment of the sizeable current liabilities will likely have been made.
