25/9/2019 22:48 | What the last few webinars should show is that securing IOT devices is a hell of a lot more complex than securing a few PC's, especially at enterprise level. It also shows that Keyscaler has the answer that nCipher, Intel, Thales/Gemalto and MIcrosoft don't have. I don't know if it was just a coincidence but there was an attendee from Thales/Gemalto who has company M&A in his duties. Let's move on now to the MS Azure webinar. The biggest shop window to date. | ![]() tyrano1

25/9/2019 22:25 | A very good webinar. It was like every step of the way, of this Gemalto/Thales approach, up pops DA to gel it all together. They have obviously been working hard together to develop a comprehensive IAM/IOT approach. SafeNet protection on Demand from Gemalto is central to it all, plus PKI and the HSMs. eg slides at 22m49s 24m47s 28m24s and IOT IAM Device Authority at 35m04s | ![]() andrbea

25/9/2019 21:05 | The System attributes described at Item 1 and Item 2 below have been discussed in detail by BB contributors. The capabilities at Item 3 and Item 4 are also important and provide an excellent insight into the standards and overall potential of the technology. Fundamental Surgery SCALABLE LOW COST VIRTUAL REALITY SURGICAL SIMULATION [Scroll down] 1. SENSE OF TOUCH Each tissue texture and physical property has been mapped into the virtual space to provide the user with a unique learning experience. 2. VIRTUAL REALITY Fundamental Surgery uses the latest high definition graphics and virtual reality techniques combined with the sense of touch to deliver a ‘feel real’ experience. 3. ASSESSMENT & FEEDBACK Users each have their own unique log in and throughout each of the simulations their performance is assessed and measured with the system providing realtime feedback on instrument use, procedural accuracy and patient impact 4. BRANCHED OUTCOMES A chance to practise and test yourself with different patient or surgical scenarios. Within each simulation you will have the opportunity to select or be served randomised changes which allow you to trial situations that you may rarely face. | ![]() tullynessle
25/9/2019 20:53 | Mike Routhorn25 Sep '19 - 20:47 - 166746 of 166747 0 1 0 Just one example of why figures prepared and presented for accounting purposes are in no way representative of actual real value is the price placed upon the worth of FVR - £2.2m. Might I be so bold as to suggest that absolutely no-one on the planet with any awareness of FVR would value it at such a pittance (I'm obviously excluding the resident 'experts' here who see the Tern portfolio as worthless). I am minded to believe that an approach for FVR, even offering a 50% premium taking the offer to a princely £3m might very well be robustly declined and the potential suitor invited to come back with the additional zeroes necessary. Go on then I will give you that one, £0.3m | ![]() stead41
25/9/2019 20:48 | Hmmmm, well those interim results really set the market on fire now didn't they. You've got to hand it to old Sisto.....after months of nothing he really knows how to do an RNS. He is by far the biggest troll on Tern working had in hand with the shorters to decimate the share price of his own company, nice work Al!I'll hang around for our first portfolio exit and see what happens but the general rule of thumb is when a company tells their shareholders nothing it is not a good sign. :@( | mrpiggy
