Wyld Networks accounts are out..

Wyld Technologies owes Wyld Networks £400k, I didn’t even think Wyld Technologies was trading, anyway, this puts £400k on Wyld Networks debtors, Wyld Networks owes Tern £165K + £375k(latest short term loan)..

Wyld Networks also received a grant for £120k

What a mad set of accounts, I will call it Sisto’s luxury fund...

AS knows they'll will have 12 investments soon (read todays announcement) and how is he going to do this?

IPO, full/partial exit, strategic partnership announcement announced before end of year.

This is not rocket science but the share price will be!

Many many pounds not pence

I think I have figured out the many pounds not pence that Tern holders here keep posting. .They obviously believe that circa 50k of sales turns into a 600k debtor..They are in for a serious shock when an imminent placing occurs, especially off the back of those results..Massively discounted in my opinion, sub 6p quite feasible. . My question is, are the larger holders aware of it / ha e they been invited to take part?

Haha DA the secret sauce that Microsoft "NEEDS"

Strategic partnership with Microsoft and this will be £1+ before you can read the first sentence of the RNS!

FVR also gone exponential.

We all know the big news is coming and the trolls can do nothing to stop it.

Today was nothing more than a regulatory requirement about historic events.

Many many pounds not pence.

Kkriss2 re Customers, thanks for that as I said I may have missed that.

Thoughtful1. Here we go again, you state that creditors are high at £400k but don't mention that receivables have also increased by a similar amount.

Receivables...Again, giving short term loans to insolvent companies does come with some benefits, it will never convert to cash though...Sorry...

Other than the HMRC payment..

Well they were a kick in the nuts, I cannot believe they are still wondering why the company raised £1.5m earlier in the year, they have/had £1.4m in cash, doesn’t that alone tell you why...They needed it...

The biggest worry is how many secrets Tern now keep to themselves until the results, these loans should be communicated, surely a diminishing cash reserve is price sensitive...

Maybe RV thinks a diluted FVR 10% will make him £10m.

We should soon get a gauge of whether AS can think big or not...

Tick tock for proper news..

Yes Elbillo, here we go again. Thoughtful1 only ever comments on Tern since his account was created, always negative and always with his interpretation of things.

Very eloquent and well thought out, like many others on here that are trying desperately to keep Term down.

I’m happy to keep holding and watch the company develop, in fact I addd a few more today.

Keep up the slating and scaremongering ‘team Duxy’ you did a great job today.. not!

Thales/Gemalto had 31 people on that webinar. 2/3 of those are sales and marketing. Suggests to me that they see a big market for their Safenet DPOD in combination with Keyscaler. A few other notables on the webinar. ABB, Accenture, Arrow, Ernst &Young, Giesecke & Devrient, Globalsign, HCL, HID, Hitachi, Infineon, ING, Keyfactor, Kudelski, Multos, McLaren, nCipher, NXP, Oracle, Sectigo, SecureThingz, Shell, Tata Comms, Tata Technologies, Tata Consultancy, Walmart, Vodafone.

And then getting a bonus on top of any exit, the joys of being an AIM director, I hope we have some other good update from one of the investments soon as getting fed up getting poorer and poorer with every month.

Until an exit, giving themselves a pay rise is abit rich and smacks of greedy pigs with snouts in a trough
