Put it this way, if you have Intel, Thales , Microsoft on board chances are you need a team for each. Each team will need a project manager etc you need that support before the money arrives.

Ebummer,Please can you highlight exactly where it states what you have blatantly lied about in your last post re:"With revenue growth now safely predicted at 50% for DA (Interim RNS 25 Sep 2019) "

Ashareholder conference call with accompanying presentation slides will be held at 10:30 AM GMT on Monday 14 October 2019.The call will be hosted by the Company's CEO, Al Sisto, who will discuss the period under review and answer pre-submitted shareholder questions to the extent that he is able to do so. -----------As usual, yet another stuttering Sisto call where he refuses to actually answer questions unless they are written in small sentences with short words.Let's make is simple for this doosh.Sisto, How many devices does Device Authority secure? If he can't answer that simple question then anything more technical is not worth asking and any intelligent person can see, this is not worth investing in to when the BOD can't answer basic, none commercially sensitive questions.Mocana publicly stated over 6 months ago, they secure over 100 million, yes 100,000,000, devices.

DEVICE AUTHORITY - PROFITABLE FROM Q1 2020 - NO FURTHER REQUIREMENT FOR FUNDING?

Based on total convertible loan funds to DA on the "14 SEP 2018 the loan cash burn was circa £140,000 per month.

12 months on and up to "26 SEP 2019" recalculation of the convertible loan cash burn is ONLY circa £40,000 per month.

With revenue growth now safely predicted at 50% for DA (Interim RNS 25 Sep 2019) and with just 14 weeks before end of year it appears potentially NO MORE DA LOANS EVER REQUIRED.

As a modest LTH I certainly welcome this key milestone with DA finally going into PROFIT AT END OF 2019 CALENDER YEAR supported with the obvious communicated uplift in revenue.

I have just calculated our percentage of A shares if all the loans are converted into shares.
I have excluded accrued interest conversion as it would be too complicated to work out, however it would increase our percentage by a small amount.
We would end up with 66.5% of the A shares as far as I can work out which would result in a c50% net payout when you take into account B + C shares are entitled to 25% of any sale.
Pretty smart business if you ask me!

It must be difficult to value an Investee Company where growth momentum may be in progress.

Any decision to sell at any given time, must be balanced against the loss of exposure to increasing revenues, profit and value, as may be forecast by the owners/managed/Bod of such entity.

I suspect a moving target and not particularly easy.

Of course the decision will be easier if the IC is identified as a strategic asset to a number of industry majors. In such circumstances then timing and price are likely to be the key variables.

Have to disagree SW m8, I don't think it's ALP being diluted.

Emerging businesses need funding to see them through until traction and therefore revenue/profits and operating cash is generated.Providing it ends with a profitable sale or float of DA its all good! After those results, there were no fire works in either direction, so if you still believe in the IOT traction its one too tuck away and leave for a while. Its positive news, as very unlikely they will keep pouring money into a sinking ship, so a sign they see rewards coming back in multiples of what they put in.

The choice taken will I imagine depend on one of two things:Value of DA at the timeWhether they think the money would be better used in a new investment

We either get $8.1m plus loan interest back or convert $2.7m plus loan interest into shares at $0.0367

Having spent the tax refund and now needing another cash bung it seems that DAs cash burn rate has increased.

Not good.

Alp must be wanting an exit more than anyone, they are being diluted more by each of these small loans..

Clever.
