Our interest in DA today reached a new all time high!

FVR is certainly on a slingshot to Mars!

I agree with earlier poster that TERN may benefit from having share price at this level just so they gain maximum incentives from share options but soon the price will also go like a rocket!

Also, from stead yesterday.....Wyld Networks accounts are out..Wyld Technologies owes Wyld Networks £400k, I didn’t even think Wyld Technologies was trading, anyway, this puts £400k on Wyld Networks debtors, Wyld Networks owes Tern £165K + £375k(latest short term loan)..Wyld Networks also received a grant for £120kWhat a mad set of accounts, I will call it Sisto’s luxury fund...

He's an interesting view from yesterday's RNS....STATE of TERN POST INTERIM RESULTS 2019======================================Disclaimer: this is not a shorter attack or investment advice. This is currently 6.2p and as discussed and mentioned many times by me here, was 7.1p prior to placings. Based on the above, NAV per share has decreased and would decreased further, if the directors decided to raise capital. The questions is, will they need to? Looking at past history, I have no doubt, they will..........." The Company raised GBP1.5 million during the period, "...........As at 30 June 2019, Tern had GBP1.4 million cash on the balance sheet."............" Our operating costs during the period increased compared to the six months to 30 June 2018 by GBP0.1 million to GBP0.7 million (HY18 costs: GBP0.6 million; FY18 costs: GBP1.3 million). The majority of this increase was due to an increase in Directors' fees and professional fees,"When they raised 1.5m they had around 1.1m in the bank. The raise was to ensure they were not in a difficult position as I mentioned before. Attempting to raise with empty pockets would be highly dangerous as if the raise failed (think Thomas Cook), then it's game over. So, going back to the cash in hand and fund raise....They are now sitting on 1.4m and there should be no doubt that, as that figure approaches 1.1m, a placing will need to be conducted to ensure TERN PLC remains a going concern.

Privileged to have worked with Fundamental on this. Huge steps in developing training simulation for spinal surgery. Still has a very long way to go but this is very clearly and very rapidly taking shape.

Got to laugh at the keyboard warrior Mohammed Lambat, if you were to see the little wimp in the flesh , you would see a scared little muppet about 60 years old , short thin about 9 stone soaking wet , and he comes on here with all the mouth going ,Lol he would run a mile if confronted by any of us, instead typical of his sort hides behind a keyboard spitting out rubbish , and calling us all scum, when in the real world he is a scared little wimp, with no life or friends, sick man with OCD about TERN and its holders, so funny but so sad but that is his life you can only pity the man.
Best to filter him as this is his main life on here, nothing else friendless and a loner who I would guess his best friends are the Samaritans..

It would appear that FVR have developed a technology to remove the brains of TERN shareholders.


It is their most successful and widely used procedure.
