Yes, 50% increase in the principal investees excluding those where Tern hold less than 1%.
In other words, DA, FVR and INVMA beginning the cycle of the long awaited boom.
With these underlying sectors just getting underway, I am even more confident we will soon witness 150%, 250%, etc in growth.
And plenty of cash still on the books.
Looking very good.

The #EMV #tokenization market is booming. In Q1 2019 we activated more #digitalcards in OEM wallets than in all of 2018. hxxp://ow.ly/nhCN50wmZeB

ebomber, you are a proven liar, deceitful, fantasy hindsight trader..Again, I ask you, who are you providing the share holdings information that you allegedly gather too?.Is this making its way to the company? Is it remaining within the Cartel? Is it being selectivity used to target holders in order to convince them not to sell?Is it being shared / sold to anybody else? Are you or are you aware of others using this information in order to profit from trading TERN. If this information has been passed to the company, have larger shareholders already been contacted for their appetite to take place in the next placing?.These are not unreasonable questions that I am sure those who have and have not provided their holdings want answers too..Any potential investor should also be concerned at the lack of response to these sensible questions following previous events surrounding the last placing and information allegedly relayed from the BOD.

Winnifirth should be in jail if he isn't already.....scum of the earth!

Wshak, Duxy, Winnifirth and all the other rent boys from the criminal gang in one cell but I would prefer for them to see TERN above a quid before they're locked up!

Many many pounds not pence.

Trust the TERN plc share price will end neutral at close of business with knowledge of growth prospects across the investment portfolio.

Huge reward for little downside risk at £23m Mkt Cap. for a company which owns controlling stakes in one business that is disrupting IOT security and one which is revolutionising surgical training. Add in INVMA and Wyld.

The share prophet analysis is spot on in my opinion in that the sale of an investment (which would likely be a fire sale if they can't get a placing away) or fund raise in the next few months is essential. . There are obviously some large holders here who don't want to the share price drop as they know a placing will be even more painful. Its a shame to see them trying to suck new investors in to soften their hit at the new comers expense.

People were warned here countess times by me and others. The scum rampers here should be prosecuted should TERN raise or crash because they, especially still waiting, should be he'd accountable for stopping free speech and banning anyone who had an opinion or has been going on here with cash/liabilities/profit/loss etc

Good progress in todays report. 5 months since the last loan note to DA. Which is in line with the increasing revenue.

Posted called Bbmsi on the other thread just posted this......"without a placing or a disposal it looks set to be out of cash by Christmas""current liabilities department there are £0.41 million of trade payables, which have ballooned from just £34,000 at FY18. That sounds like Tern hasn’t been paying its bills in order to give an illusory boost to its cash position.""leaving just £0.28 million.""another (DA) payment of around £0.3 million will be needed any time now â€" and that accounts for all of the cash.""Get out now before the inevitable heavily discounted bailout from the bucket shops, or a crash landing by Christmas (at best)."

I don't worry about anything, not AMC or TERN but facts are facts and if you can't handle them, that's your problem. I couldn't give a hoot. You are going to have to learn to read them. #OtherOpinionMatter

STATE of TERN POST INTERIM RESULTS 2019======================================Disclaimer: this is not a shorter attack or investment advice. Do as you please and DYOR before investing. Text in speech marks is directly from the results."Tern is focused on delivering NAV growth per share by providing its shareholders with investments into an exciting array of early-stage IoT companies," ..........."During the six months to 30 June 2019, the fair value per share of our portfolio remained broadly stable at 6.2p (FY18: 6.3p; HY18: 5.1p)"..........." focus for the remainder of 2019 and beyond to fuel the growth of our NAV per share."......So the BOD have told holders YET AGAIN, their focus i.e. NAV per share. This is currently 6.2p and as discussed and mentioned many times by me here, was 7.1p prior to placings. Based on the above, NAV per share has decreased and would decreased further, if the directors decided to raise capital. The questions is, will they need to? Looking at past history, I have no doubt, they will..........." The Company raised GBP1.5 million during the period, "...........As at 30 June 2019, Tern had GBP1.4 million cash on the balance sheet."............" Our operating costs during the period increased compared to the six months to 30 June 2018 by GBP0.1 million to GBP0.7 million (HY18 costs: GBP0.6 million; FY18 costs: GBP1.3 million). The majority of this increase was due to an increase in Directors' fees and professional fees,"When they raised 1.5m they had around 1.1m in the bank. The raise was to ensure they were not in a difficult position as I mentioned before. Attempting to raise with empty pockets would be highly dangerous as if the raise failed (think Thomas Cook), then it's game over. So, going back to the cash in hand and fund raise....They are now sitting on 1.4m and there should be no doubt that, as that figure approaches 1.1m, a placing will need to be conducted to ensure TERN PLC remains a going concern. Therefore, in my opinion a massively discounted placing is going to take place and those adding like sheep now, following the likes of ..... Andrbea, Johnma, ebomber, Kkrriiss2, Warren, upthegarden, jprich...... are really going to take a hit

Expanding list of customers, that’s the best bit. Ongoing payments from them and new ones to be added will increase DA revenue in snowball down a mountain style. Get it, Microsoft happy to mention DA.

Thales say:

In addition, in the framework of the Gemalto acquisition, a new “Digital Identity & Security” operating segment was created. It includes Gemalto’s businesses (consolidated since 1 April 2019) and a number of digital businesses formerly assigned to the “Defence & Security” operating segment. Segment data for 2018 was restated to take account of this change in organisation.
