Mr Sisto doesn't mention any of the partnerships/deals at client companies of DA (eg Thales, Intel, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, HID, 3D Systems, Stryker, Scania, ...)
The whole statement is low key and bland. As is his want.

And why no exits yet or when are exits expected, again silence...
The old target of 12 group companies by year-end is also pushed back

A weak trading statement IMO

The shorters will have a field day with 50% up.
They'll maintain: 50% of very little is very little.

Not surprised it's 8% down.

wff yes it all shows progress but no signs of a sling shot maybe an outline of one but without corporate action the nav will always be hovering around this level, looking forward to seeing a bid of some sort to set the cat among the pigeons

Nearly at your buy levels? Why not buy at 9p, 10p? If many pounds not pence is how things are going to be on the next RNS why worry about a penny..I suspect that you'd sold out here earlier, bought into BUR, were pumping that for your exit so you could buy back here at 5 or 6pafter the inevitable placing

Sweepie i believe we will see alot more positive RNS's from now through to financial year end. I think with one or two new investments added that have had thorough due diligence. Nice to see they will pull the plug on investments looked at but in reflection will not add to NAV of portfolio pool.

JP, I would think the next portfolio additions are already lined up, nothing stopping tern bod already advising potentials before they invest, actually lower risk approach as they get to know potential better.

At the time of the last placing AS said something about it helping with negotiations. It looks now that we were buying an IT investment company but decided it wasn’t a good move. So not a placing to keep the lights on as some would have us believe.
