Worth less than 6.1p to attract any investment now.But not to worry, bucket shops will happily find them for a discount and early selling opportunity

Which means Dave, DA is making sweet eff all and had to pay back a loan via UK tax credits....a US company paying back loan via UK tax credits.....it's like Europeans coming here an instead of working and paying tax claiming benefits to live here for free.

I think they must be very close to being self sufficient! I would guess the 50% increase in growth is mainly a result of DA.Other investments are early doors and probs not at market traction just yet to contribute significantly to the 50% growth

STATE of TERN POST INTERIM RESULTS 2019======================================Disclaimer: this is not a shorter attack or investment advice. Do as you please and DYOR before investing. Text in speech marks is directly from the results."Tern is focused on delivering NAV growth per share by providing its shareholders with investments into an exciting array of early-stage IoT companies," ..........."During the six months to 30 June 2019, the fair value per share of our portfolio remained broadly stable at 6.2p (FY18: 6.3p; HY18: 5.1p)"..........." focus for the remainder of 2019 and beyond to fuel the growth of our NAV per share."......So the BOD have told holders YET AGAIN, their focus i.e. NAV per share. This is currently 6.2p and as discussed and mentioned many times by me here, was 7.1p prior to placings. Based on the above, NAV per share has decreased and would decreased further, if the directors decided to raise capital. The questions is, will they need to? Looking at past history, I have no doubt, they will..........." The Company raised GBP1.5 million during the period, "...........As at 30 June 2019, Tern had GBP1.4 million cash on the balance sheet."............" Our operating costs during the period increased compared to the six months to 30 June 2018 by GBP0.1 million to GBP0.7 million (HY18 costs: GBP0.6 million; FY18 costs: GBP1.3 million). The majority of this increase was due to an increase in Directors' fees and professional fees,"When they raised 1.5m they had around 1.1m in the bank. The raise was to ensure they were not in a difficult position as I mentioned before. Attempting to raise with empty pockets would be highly dangerous as if the raise failed (think Thomas Cook), then it's game over. So, going back to the cash in hand and fund raise....They are now sitting on 1.4m and there should be no doubt that, as that figure approaches 1.1m, a placing will need to be conducted to ensure TERN PLC remains a going concern.
