henryatkin, this never was 525p in its present form and never will be. Are you an actioner or a stocker perhaps with a avatar like that?

Bit of a tree shake never harms, chance to buy a few more if you have spare cash.

First short was opened at £1.39, have added since, it is all on here, I'm happy to state my positions as they happen rather than state them after the event when it suits as many others appear to do.

Who's buying TW at £1.44 ?? Any of you guys ?? I'm sure you will have all been buying at £1.44 two weeks down the line if the price hits £1.60.

If they weren't selling quickly the share price would tank, not rocket science is it.

The share price reflects that things are going well, is that the time to buy ??? Not in my opinion, to make big returns you buy when things are going badly.

Just increased short at £1.44 as it looks like it is running out of steam, next week will see a retrace imho.

My short now averages £1.4195 so I'm not much over 1% down.

Target to close of £1.30 to £1.34.

Sure you can short a stock that is rising in a bull market but you need bloody deep pockets, very small stakes or a bet with a very small proportion of your capital. The alternative is you will get wiped out quickly. Its never going to make big profits relative to your trading capital.

There are always risks to the downside on every stock, even at the bottom of a bear market. Traders who talk about "risks to the downside" are like politicians with their sound bites "hard working families", "protecting the vulnerable". Its meaningless tripe banded by pessimists and shorters.

Think bulls are in denial....looking forward we are in a bursting housing
Bubble propped by just about everything you can throw at it

Shares are also due a big correction ala 1987...and uk finances are
Unbelievably terrible all of which is about to be exposed as whoever gets
In in May will have to make the biggest cuts in history

Risks are to the downside imho

Lower interest rates on the cards now - more positive news for the housebuilding sector. I know they can't go much lower, but it removes the spectre of an interest rate rise for a while.

We've already had knocking on for a 10% rise this week so I don't think there's much chance of another 10% with results, I think we'll struggle with 150p ;)
