Think much of what Eastbourne states is correct. We are bobbing along with market sentiment at present and spending most of the time in the £1.33 to £1.37 range. I have sold out at £1.37 on three occasions this month (sold yesterday) and plan to buy back again cheaper to repeat the process. Not going to make me a million but a 3 to 4% profit each time on a good chunk of shares is worth having and provides mw with a bit of pocket money to play with at weekends...

As much as I've tried....good and bad sentiment doesn't seem to shift share price for me.

While I hope Eastbourne is wrong, I don't have a problem with, and quite like the fact, that he's posted his trade.

Obviously when you've got a forum, generally, full of people that want the price to rise, someone posting that they're expecting it to fall is not what people want to hear.

If the price does fall from here then I hope it's for technical chart reasons or general market conditions rather than bad newssentiment against TW.

gbh2,

A share price doubling in a five year bull market is nothing to write home about Old Boy, my share portfolio is up around nine fold since 2009, I suggest you go back to basics sir.

You don't know anything about my trades or my record so I suggest you take a running jump sir !!

I have been trading full time since I was 22, I'm now 32 so I suggest that means I have been around for a while.

Who said anything about day trading either ?? Not me sunshine.

I am here for as long as it takes, I'm looking for a 5% return on my trade within a month.

We will see whether I am right or not.

Amateur day traders are notorious for losing cash on spread betting, which is why I have IGG as part of my main portfolio. Held them over five years and share price has more than doubled thanks to Day Traders that think they know what the Market is going to do :))

Seems to be an an air of concern in these parts when someone goes short.

Also bluerunner, I was born in 1982 however thank you for your kind comments Old Boy.

Looking to ride this down to £1.30 within the month.

Take it easy chaps and don't worry about my size too much !!!

Eastbourne - I guess 1982 was your retirement year rather than year of birth. You come across as a miserable old fart, a bit like that Taffee character. I hope you can still afford the nappies as house builders rise. Enjoy your twilight years old fella :)

PIs don't make an ounce of difference to what happens to the SP, HFTs are in control and they drive it where ever it's likely to make the most money for them !

Terrible thought, either option would be damaging to the quality construction market imo!
