14/1/2015 07:45 | Start of a cycle of falling prices.....uk property bubble is bursting and all Property related stocks will fall...they may build a lot of housing but Margins will be squeezed All that without the risk of rising rates and props being withdrawn Bulls are buying into hmg spin whose finances are in dire straits and huge Cuts will be required or risk attack by bond vigilanties | ![]() taffee

13/1/2015 08:41 | Nice start this morning. I wonder if it's related to the news about inflation being below 1% and hence an interest rate rise being put off until next year now | ![]() lostuser

12/1/2015 13:05 | Must be heading back for the ftse250 at these levels! | ![]() gbh2
12/1/2015 10:29 | The update was clearly pretty solid as one would expect. With regards to house prices I cannot see them rising much if at all in the short / medium term, many areas still see house prices at 10 - 12 times earnings, that isn't sustainable long term, neither are the lower interest rates that have artificially supported house prices for so long. I have no position in TW however I certainly wouldn't be a buyer at the moment, if they head back up to the £1.37 - £1.40 level I may even be tempted to open a short. | ![]() eastbourne1982
12/1/2015 10:28 | A great trading update. Note how many times the word 'record' is used.I'm happy to buy more at this price and hold for the usual strong first quarter performance and of course the promised bonus div in the summer. | ![]() doyden

12/1/2015 07:32 | I'm going to put my money where my mouth is, and say that I expect this tii be slightly off in early trading. Clearly a level headed approach from TW going forward. An opportunity to mar accumulate a few more shares, and watch some steady growth in the share price this year. We shall see! | scrabble1975
12/1/2015 07:28 | I don't know. I would say the TU is a pretty good response to Friday's Jefferies-inspired doom and gloom. "Our strategy has been and remains to deliver ongoing and sustainable increases in volume and margin over the medium term. We are confident that in current market conditions we can deliver significant progress against these objectives in 2015." | ![]() 1gw
12/1/2015 07:07 | Update a bit muted imo, not expecting much today! | ![]() gbh2
