I think patience will be required this spring and summer. We have had all the good news and what they intend to give the shareholders.Probably be a few more
hold recomendations from brokers less loyal to the sector than us.
Nothing company specific just the sector all up to date and out of favour for a while. GL

Makes you wonder where the Numis analyst is based.

I have seen house prices shoot up by around 10%-20% so far this year in the South East. Today i am going to look at a rental for my step daughter. So far every time she finds somewhere it is snapped up in a few hours. If she likes it she will have to make the commitment there and then.
Every time you put the telly on it is about the boom in house prices and the shortage of stock, house builders seem to be the only sector in the UK with guaranteed growth, they are almost printing money as the only thing holding them back is they cannot build fast enough and then Numnuts come along and say hold, really?.

I am also a long time subscriber to Moneyweek. It pulls together a range of business and economic news across the week as well as some good and thought provoking articles. At the back of the mag a range of newspaper/magazine share tips are presented, for many years I have used these tips as the basis for company research, this has been my main source for almost every company (including this one) that I have invested in. I also take IC but my main attention is always given to the contents of Moneyweek

thanks killing_time & Ashbox your views are appreciated. I was looking for a good read with a few tips thrown in for good measure so will give it some thought - I'm also looking at Motley Fool but they seem to change views on a company on a weekly basis!

Hi BB I subscribe to Moneyweek and find it a very enjoyable read. Whether it is good as an investment tool is another question but it certainly gives food for thought and, for the price, I think is good value for money.

Hi Bumble Bee2,

Yes, been a subscriber for years, good for spotting the trends in markets, not that good if you like lots of share tips.
