01/2/2014 18:44 | needs something to pick them up, compared to BDEV over the last month we have stagnated up a penny down a penny. Results should be good and hopefully good news on the dividend front and maybe a share buyback. | gambos49
31/1/2014 21:01 | My guess is an enhanced divi plus share buy back. | battue2
31/1/2014 18:56 | when is the dividend statement. must be better than last year, if to much profit maybe a special dividend will come our way | fella01

30/1/2014 09:12 | gbh2, I've held these over 4 years now (14.75p). There have been some ups and downs but the chart speaks for itself. As the economy has improved it's reflected in the share price. The building sector has only one way to go, so as long as the fundamentals are in place then that building company will thrive and therefore the share price, at least for the next 3 years. Most of these price movements are pure manipulation of the share price, because they can and there is nothing you can do about it. There are definite patterns pretty much predictable, if you haven't got patience for the long term then try your luck. You could of course try another share? Watch this space! | naed
30/1/2014 08:52 | That's just as speculative as saying it could drop further tomorrow and patience is a luxury that's wasted on the young so that's not helpful either. | gbh2
30/1/2014 08:43 | Why It could be back to £1.20 tomorrow, You just have to be patient & wait £1.50 will come | jugears

IMHO the markets are due to start moving upwards possibly by about 500 points in the next 4-6 months.Been treading water for far to long considering the economic improvement. I am in the building industry & supply Tw, & I have had the best January for orders that I have ever had since I took over my family business 33 years ago & from what My customers tell me there is plenty more to come. | jugears |
