Is the Fisker Ronan a prospect?

'Finally, there's the Ronin, a four-door GT that bears more than a passing resemblance to the Fisker Karma, Henrik Fisker's 2012 creation. There's no price for this one, but Fisker says its all-wheel drive powertrain will boast 1,000 hp (745 kW) and will hit 60 mph from a standing start in two seconds—just about as fast as modern tires will allow. Expect a massive battery in this one, as Fisker says it's targeting a 600-mile (956 km) range.

"Innovation and sustainability, along with design, are our three brand values. By 2027, we intend to produce the world’s first climate-neutral vehicle, and as our customers reinvent their relationships with mobility, we want to be a leader in software-defined transportation," Fisker said.'

Sounds fair enough, as a start anyway.
This one and Bango are on my ten bagger list.

Might be worth comparing their historic valuations with actual outcomes.

It looks like there was a long note from Zeus. It must have been positive judging by the price rise.

Well I have nigh on 3.5m shares so my backside is definitely feeling easier than a month ago-I’m almost emotionally attached to them!

Thanks Quemaster. They’ll manage the rate of cash spend on capex by reference to when the profits start to accrue I imagine.

Once that is spent, the promised production resilience will build and that would be excellent for managing the customers’ expectations and pleasing the market.

Whoever sold yesterday must be a bit miffed, can't understand why anyone would have sold on report that derisked the future

Bought the first two 10k’s before 2pm. Those were the max available online at the time so not surprised to see the move up. Amazing to think I could and did easily buy in 50k lumps below 30p just a month back. So far, a good investment…230;……

Re cash, pinkfoot. I think it is right to highlight that they told us:

There was £4.5M left at 30/6.
This will mean there’s less than that today.
They say they will spend a further £3.5M in the next five months on capex.
They expect to turn a profit in the next five months which is not quantified and will be backend biased presumably with far more accumulating as time progresses.

So, I expect a pinch point around the time the new CFO climbs aboard.

As someone else surmised, they should have no trouble financing any short term working capital kink given the way the hockeystick is shaping up so hopefully now the market will begin to factor in the good news ahead.

This was my thinking when I started a big accumulation earlier this year and ramped it up further when it went sub-30p given the company did not downgrade its outlook for revenues.

So, I believe cash will be tight for a bit. I certainly hope they don’t tap the market but that doesn’t detract at all from what we are hoping this company will achieve in the coming years.

Which is why I’ve been buying!

It’s time to get behind the company, not the wife ahem

This is one of those companies that would be snapped up by PE for a lot of money if it was private.Long contracts, high margin, visibility way into the distance, IP and a very tight non congested EV market which will see massive growth

From my own recent post 7744 - "the share price has been affected by this and I'd imagine, we'll resume the slow downtrend to high 20's / low 30p share price again."

...you can now fall in line with my wife and children and not listen to a word I say.

I think everyone should remember what an RNS is for-not to provide a running commentary for sure.

This company is ridiculously cheap-blighted by seemingly resolved production issues.

In my view, it’s more vulnerable to a bid than a cash call and remember cash is only £1m less than forecast-not £10m so let’s get some perspective.

Though, as we know, new orders are not an unalloyed good. If a contract is announced with no customer name, and deliveries in 2+ years time, it's very unlikely to set the market alight. And if it needs a ramp-up in production, hinting at a future cash call, it's likely to lead to a fall in sp, not a rise.

They really need to cover all this off in an any future contract RNS.
