JD screwed all shareholders here. I nearly got screwed by him, luckily shorted this at 10p and made my money back plus profits..
glad I'm walking away from this dump without getting burnt.

I am astonished that people must still be buying this stock.I am of the opinion that it is unlikely that it is 'shorter' closing. The serious players departed a month or so ago.
This is a very sad case , Mr Dunkerton left the company having put professional managers in to manage it forward. When they trashed the company he tried to rescue things. He may yet do but sadly I think reviving it is very difficult.Getting out from the debt to HILCo in itself will be miraculous.

The retail environment if horrific -

Additionally, in the last few years new sites have popped up that are fundamentally cheaper than Superdry -

And its not just Superdry that will be in trouble -

Option A: an open offer at £0.01 per share to raise gross proceeds of the sterling equivalent of up to €8 million (the "Open Offer"); or Option B: a placing at £0.05 per share to raise gross proceeds of £10 million (the "Placing").

Get out now if you are a holder. The PI is at the bottom of this particular food chain and nearly 100% of the time will get SFA at the end of any 'restructuring'.

What you get this morning for your shares will be more than what you get this afternoon and that will be more than what you get tomorrow etc.

Hang in if you want. Each to their own.

Money will be tied up for years and providing the brand will survive there may be a return -

Some of the units are that large they could be separated into two, if not three!

If I was one of their landlords I would terminate their lease and ask them to vacate the premises, landlords are just being taken advantage off, they will not see much in return for years. So sod off Superdry, you can start again from a market stall!
