this morning received work memo, regarding stocks from closed down stores to be distributed amongst several busy stores nearby.

that's good news..

bidders waiting in the background to see how cost saving plan progressing.

once we get an updated figures from the board , then we should see an uplift in the share price

Unless shareholders want to be locked-in to De-Listed shares then the message is clear



"It is expected that any equity raise would be at a very material discount to the current share price, require shareholder approval of a Rule 9 waiver (as referred in Note 1 of the Notes on Dispensations from Rule 9 of the Code) and it would be conditional on a DE-LISTING of Superdry shares from the London Stock Exchange".

Well , one thing we all know on here Rivvy lad , is that you have a losing position .
