"Current market cap is £25 million................Dunkerton has to find some surety for an operating loan of say £150 Million"

(just for clarification purposes LOSER BOY, as of Friday, SDRY's market cap is only £7.8 Million and its debts are £150+ Million)

The share price all depends on the share issue. If you want to go along for the ride take up your entitlement. I will, a good punt when capitalised at next to nothing.

All the outstanding loans have punitive interest rates attached to them and these debts have been secured against Superdry's piles of unsold stock.

Put very simply, Superdry PLC has nothing of any real value left, it is just a worthless debt shambles now OWING £150+ Million and losing money every week..

SUPERDRY ISSUED ITS PROFIT WARNING AFTER CONFIRMING SALES COLLAPSE
====================================================================

Superdry blamed its Profit Warning on an “abnormally mild Autumn and Winter” which resulted in poor sales and little interest in its AW23 collection.

Wholesale sales fell by 41.1% year-on-year, impacted by Superdry’s previous decision to exit its U.S. wholesale operation earlier in the year.

Retail sales in the six-week period to 10 December were down by 7% on a like-for-like basis.

Generates £600m+ of revenue with a 50%+ gross margin in both FY22 and FY23.
There are positives and it deserves a value higher than it has currently.

.

Time after time, it's always the ill informed small private investors that dive in, expecting to make a fast buck

Meanwhile it's the Institutional investors that are cutting their losses and selling.

C'est la vie.

I'm sure Hilco must have seen the cost saving structure plan and recognize how much superdry can save before approving the £20m loan facilities.

but anyway let's wait and see how this plays out.

agree, as I said , depend on the next news flow.
but what I'm thinking is, why would Hilco lend £20m when this is now only worth £10 mcap ???????

No-one is going to give you 13p for something not even worth 10p unless new and positive newsMeanwhile everyday the trading environment is not improving for them me thinks

long term, I agree with you .
short term I see a little upside from here, possibly 13-16p for market makers to create a market for trades.
the rest depends what news comes out.

next news possibly SD trading update regarding stores closures, sales, debts.
or it could be an outsider showing an interest.

let's wait and see .

KPE lad .
I have done a lot of research since joining.
That’s how I know what I know .
Perhaps you should do some research instead of baseless personal attacks.

Its trolls like you that turn investors away from these boards .

Cacky lad , have a look at CINE.
There is a guy on there who still has hope ( WTIW ).
You remind me of him .
He was encouraged to plough everything he had into CINE .
The trick is never to sell .
You won’t lose .
Even when the time comes that you cannot sell , well then , you cannot lose can you.
Even when all those around you are laughing and screaming at you , rise above it all , hold one’s head high and tell yourself you did it your own way .

nothing personal.
seedoftongo, neon, TMs, buyhighsellow, they all made the right call that JD weren't going to make a Bid. well done to them..
The bid situation is now done and dusted.

as I said before, the game starts here at 10p..
let's start the discussion from superdry current 10p Mcap situation ..
how do other see this will plan out in the next few weeks / months ?
