Realistically, NOBODY is going to launch a takeover bid for Superdry PLC because it owes its Lenders at least £150+ Million mostly to Hilco Capital and Bantry Bay Capital paying extortionate interest on the borrowings and the business is losing money every single week just for good measure.

So that's another one of your failed share ramps firmly put to bed, LOSER BOY

How do you manage to end up owning so many dud shares, I mean that's now ASOS, Boohoo, Currys, and Superdry.

very risky to be short over the weekend. A PE firm or a peer could steal it at 20p

dealy, my advice as a shorter from 39p is to close your long at 9p as it is there for the asking.

To remain long of this shower, seems one needs a shower?

cheers

As each week goes on the likely is the company will enter administration and I give it nore more than a couple of months at the most at cash burn rate.

Seen it many times before. Medium to long term prospects may not be good, but definitely the possibility to double or triple your money from here in the short term for anyone brave enough.

DEALY

If you think you can see value in a business that is technically insolvent, and which is set to be de-listed from the London Stock Exchange then you are a fool.

Then again, we all know you are fool because you've been trying to ramp ASOS shares from 1200p per share and that hasn't ended well for you, has it LOSER BOY

I listened to the webcast from the end of January and have the following view:- the company spoke of costs coming under control, inventory coming in line, liquidity being in place, confidence in the future- net debt was reported at 28m quid. they did not give a going concern warning. The cfo said capital was sufficient. this was before the IP sales proceeds of 30m was coming in- now we find out that the founder and largest shareholder would dearly like to get pretty much all of the company for a song. I would also like to take over a company or a house or a hotel for a song. that doesn't mean said asset is worth nothingso I would say there is value here and 30p is possible this year

Superdry Market Cap £7 Million versus Debts of £150+ Million

The Debt to Equity ratio is absurdly high.
