23/1/2006 08:37 | Looks good to me. the knife: If you want to be selective in your posting of informatiom, here is a snippet from the RNS. Highlights: * The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in Spirent's current financial year ended 31 December 2006. * The acquisition will be financed from Spirent's cash resources and bank facilities. * SwissQual is a profitable and fast growing business, reporting EBITA of CHF 5.5 million on revenues of CHF 32.1 million in its financial year ended 31 December 2005, up 38 per cent compared to 2004. | georgeski

20/1/2006 10:54 | So, since 19th December, we have had the following holdings announced... Fidelity (19th Dec) - 7.81% (reduced from 10% 'ish) Prudential (19th Dec) - 3.4% (increased from not-notifiable) Sun Life of Canada (20th Jan) - 3.08% (increased from not-notifiable) As I recall it was surmised that Fid sold a chunk of around 20m shares to Pru which is why they reduced and Pru went over the threshold on the same day (there were a couple of 20m+ trades that day), so it does rather point to it being Sun Life's bots at work over the last week or three. | fouroaks
20/1/2006 10:47 | RNS - Sun Life of Canada now holding just over the 3% mark. | fouroaks
