11/10/2024 06:15 | Exactly bestdeal. They owe us an explanation. If something has changed since the June email they should tell us. | vatnabrekk
11/10/2024 05:58 | They promised an update. They did not deliver. The companies relationship with the truth is, to say the least, remote. If something did not happen then the update would say, x was expected but has not completed yet. Thats what an update is. Its not even as if they are using RNS for updates, which would cost money. They are emailing! | bestdeal1
10/10/2024 21:38 | Everyone ring them up and ask! 020 3967 4500 And report back on what they say | helix_22
10/10/2024 20:55 | I recall that about the middle June we were told that we would get an update in the next month. We are now almost 4 months further on and no update! Why? Assuming that it was their intention to give an update the month following, what changed? I don’t think it’s satisfactory to say that they lied and never intended to give us an update anyway. If that was the case they didn’t need to say anything anyway. I’m convinced that something happened or rather didn’t happen. Could it be that they expected Angola to complete about the end of June, but then it didn’t? Or something else? | vatnabrekk

10/10/2024 15:50 | sell them?...you can't give them away.....Even the tax man doesn't want to know and allow you to write them off. | htrocka2

10/10/2024 15:03 | Every time i buy a share it goes down.When i sell a share it goes up! | oliversanvil
10/10/2024 11:17 | Call it what you like....the money's gone and been transformed into shares. That's why we have 5bn shares with a few barrels oil out of Tunisia. Ask your self.....WTF have we got for $100m? | htrocka2
10/10/2024 11:09 | As far as I'm aware the debt stands at $10m drawn down for oml 65. + $30m facility from Trafigura which was taken on from Atog, the maj of that money having been used to acquire the Tunisia portfolio from Medco Energi Cumulative losses are completely different, and can be utilised for tax offsetting. Nothing to do with debt. | dr rosso
10/10/2024 09:17 | Chairman...Correct.. Just to get back to my earlier post...According to the 2022 AR, the total accumulated losses to date stood at $86.44m, that's a constant annual average of about $5.4m for the last 16 years...therefore one can confidently assume that without a significant income to reduce these losses, the debt (that has been rhetorical rephrased as 'Retained Profits' by the 'creative accountants', ie, the bod.) will reach the huge figure of $100m by the end of 2024.(which, strangely and conveniently is the valuation the bod have given the company on the JP site.) | htrocka2
10/10/2024 09:02 | Chairman then HT | ace1976
10/10/2024 08:39 | ace....He's not a CEO. | htrocka2
10/10/2024 07:37 | Is he still alive? | oliversanvil
10/10/2024 07:31 | Doc - only ever spoke to Pryde once and that was about fifteen years ago- no contact with him whatsoever | carrbradshaw
09/10/2024 22:50 | I doubt re-listing is imminent based on the fact that according to the latest Accounts ,dated ending Dec 2022, they are subject to huge mountains of debt, page after page of outgoings, a torrent of money vanishing into black holes' with little or no money coming in......This imbalance MUST to be addressed before contemplating a re-list.It's actually depressing reading those results.Spending money as if its going out of fashion only to write it off in the following year. The company is run more like a 'ponzi' scheme than an Oil and Gas Group. | htrocka2 |
