Good companies with honest decent human beings in charge would have informed their shareholders that there was going to be a news blackout even though unlisted companies in the UK are not subject to the same stringent disclosure requirements as listed companies under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. However, they still have a duty to act in good faith towards their shareholders. This means that if there is a significant event, such as a news blackout, it would be considered good practice to inform shareholders to maintain trust and transparency.

Clearly they are lacking in empathy for all Pi's they have subjected to this diabolical, never ending saga. Absolutely without question the worst company I have ever invested in...regardless of the outcome.

Waiting waiting waiting. It was almost a year ago today that Pryde and Kuti were in Luanda to sign something significant. Whatever else it did, it triggered the disappearance of Sherl0ck from this bb following a flurry of positive comments.Could be relevant that there was an amendment to Sirius Funding loan notes, the maturity date extended from 2039 to 2051. Perhaps of more importance to us is that the reinvestment period was extended to July 2027. Bobo, go out and fill the inTEnde boots some more. And the behind-fhe-scenes backers remind the BoD to stfu completely on what you are up to. Take the salaries and be quiet.

"...let’s see what end of October brings"

Let's hope they don't just 'copy and paste' last years results...

"...let’s see what end of October brings"

we waited to see whata end 2023 would bring
we waited to see what end July would bring (after being told in a circular that there would be an update)
We waited to see what would happen by during the conference
we waited...... and waited ....... and waited.

Why wait? time to act . Only question is how!! more emails? more recorded delivery letters? more phone calls?

wish I had an answer!!

I've often wondered how much money I would have made these past 16 years had I bought National Savings Bonds instead?

Ref Bron's post..

'Company is quiet because Hough and her paymasters wont allow any updates .Totally in control now albeit unknown.'

You have a point there Bron...A relist date would be difficult to pin down at the moment as Anglo Tunisia Oil and Gas, although still the property of Tende Energy nevertheless remains mortgaged to Trafigura. Any comments regarding ATOG would require permission from Trafigura, who control ATOG under a 'deed of Covenant'....therefore, as the bod rightly claim. 'it's out of their hands'.However, hopefully, the latest Tunisia oil lifting numbers may help to pay off the Trafigura debt and bring ATOG back into the 'group'.

(Negative Pledge applies.)

'If 18/31 really is no more, why not say so instead of keeping everyone guessing,'

On the 31 of December 2018...they pushed the date of the Ororo drill date back. This gave them the opportunity to have three more equity raises before finally telling the investors that the drill was not going to happen... That was nine months later to catch more punters before telling them it's not going to be drilled. As far as I'm concerned, they might as well close the JP site down. With about 5bn shares in issues....no one's going to buy these now. Their deal making is total cr+p..

An ENI operative. I've never heard of the place. Hardly something that I could make up. More likely imo is that inTENDE has acquired a stake in ENI's underused processing plant and will develop it in readiness for delivery of oil from Cosmos. ENI looks to have a couple of fields near Cosmos but produce so little oil/gas it'll be an uneconomic enterprise for a supermajor. Makes a lot of sense for inTENDE to move in on it.

inTENDE could even sweep up those two fields and produce in conjunction with Cosmos. Give Hendo something extra to do in his N. Africa role.

As of Dec 6th 2023...it was still not a 'done deal'.

(The last released by Tende)
Angola

Tende Energy is working in partnership with Etu S.A., the largest privately owned Angolan oil company, in the Tende-Etu consortium which has signed Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPA”) with Sonangol Pesquisa e Produção S.A. (“SonangolR21;), Angola’s state-owned oil company, to acquire participating interests of 8.28% and 10% respectively in the producing Angolan offshore Blocks 18 and 31 and a 25% participating interest in the exploration Block 27 (“the Proposed Acquisition”). Blocks 18 and 31 are world-class producing assets (combined gross daily production of 120,000 bopd), supermajor operated with considerable medium-term development potential.

Note the wording....have yet 'to acquire'... the 'proposed Acquisition'......and we've heard nothing since.

'Doc.just because nothing has been announced yet it doesnt necessarily mean progress hasnt been made.'

That's a possibility....We could be jumping the gun here. Let's wait and see what they come up with.

(bottom of the page)

(It must be an early post as they refer to us as Sirius as oppose to Tende yet post as ETU and not Somoil)

I’ve been concerned for some time that there has been no mention of these blocks from ETU or anyone else for that matter.
