Is it possible the trustee of the bonds was handed over to another entity..fast forward 12 months and rumours of bobo and co are in Angola for the conference and results due end of october. Crude gas polymers all fully funded .job done..Closure ?. | bronislav
29/9/2024 14:58 | Re 65.from memory we control the revenues and dole it out as and when required .We also get any money spent on drilling etc from revenues before other claims on it.So we are Boss Hogg which would be something a suitor would be happy with . | bronislav
29/9/2024 13:28 | So JP price probably never reflected the 3.5p as Angola yet to complete and a big chunk of the 3.5p was Angola.If/when Angola completes maybe then we will see a JPJ increase. Until that happens probably 2p is fair enough. | astralvision
29/9/2024 13:26 | RugbyblokeThat 3.5p figure was Hendo's off the cuff valuation at the agm when asked to put a figure on the valuation. He gave a run down of the assets and debts, & said you can work it out from that. To which somebody replied your the accountant, what is it?Note the valuation assumed completion of Angola. Approaching 10 months on from that estimate, the value should be increased by c 1.5p to take allowance of decrease in debt, assuming Angola eventually completes. That would give a valuation of around 5p, the vast majority made up of Angola value.Very little for Tunisia. We need a definitive plan/funding for Cosmos before any real value can start to be attached to that. | astralvision
29/9/2024 13:15 | It was stated at the AGM in December that the value was 3.5p. I've never really understood why the JP share price never reflected that. Obviously things will have progressed since then and I'm hoping for a figure significantly north of that. | rugbybloke
29/9/2024 12:44 | Just a thought.... AET are currently valued at circa £103m JP, written many months ago, with the Cosmos consent still in the offing and the Angola deal classified as 'Progressing', has Tende valued at £100m. (ie, 2p) p/s) I'm just wondering what the valuation will be prior to relist with Angola and Cosmos completed and confirmed? | htrocka2
28/9/2024 17:57 | Mighty long way for 4 of the Tende team to have travelled just for a few sips of Angolan party wine over the next five days. Flash eyes wide shut but Gordon is a moron, so no surprise there. | dr rosso
28/9/2024 17:08 | Doctor Rosso spouting more nonsense than Sir Knee Starlin. Has this wally ever gotten anything right? What am absolute melon. | flash f2
28/9/2024 14:33 | Indeed you are. A real cacksacker. Next bit of relevant news must surely come from Luanda, more likely from Etu than anyone representing Tende.. | dr rosso |
